Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, and orders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Generate leads and support business development activities.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
  • Provide after-sales service and client support.
  • Handle and solve Complaints in coordination with internal QC .
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients.
  • Train clients on software usage, and technical functionalities.
  • Explain product features and technical specifications clearly.
  • Conduct software testing and troubleshooting when required.
  • Stay updated on new products, market trends, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with Colorist department for product updates.
  • Maintain accurate client records, reports, and follow-up documentation.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and ongoing projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field.

2-5 Years of experience in technical sales and client support.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to train and support clients professionally.

Problem-solving mindset with customer-oriented approach.
