Responsible for supervising and guiding a team working on low current systems (CCTV, alarms, access control) and renewable energy projects (solar). Ensures projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with technical standards while supporting and developing team performance.

Track progress on projects and manage resources effectively and submit daily report to the project coordinator concerning the projects assigned.

Provide regular feedback to project coordinator and supervisor to improve performance

Communicate with clients on site concerning any inquiries and provide supervisors with feedbacks.

Handle any issues or delays that may arise on-site and find solutions quickly

Ensure that clients sign the receipt confirming the project has been completed and finalized, and collect payment from clients when applicable.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a technician in low current systems, renewable energy, or both.

At least 2- 3 years of leadership experience, leading teams in technical projects.

Strong knowledge of low current systems (CCTV, alarms, access control) and/or solar energy systems.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Ability to solve problems quickly and make decisions under pressure.

Strong organizational skills and experience in leading multiple tasks at once.

Valid driver s license and flexibility to work in different work sites.
