BCMS is seeking a self-motivated and service-oriented professional IT support with Dynamic Nav expertise. In this role, you will work on maintaining the computer systems and networks for our business. You will be tasked with solving complex technical issues and will also collaborate with team members across all departments and branches to assist them with their technical requirements. This shall include but not restricted to, installation and configuration of software, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
Also you are required to have a good experience in Microsoft Dynamics Nav. you will have to update the data, debug errors, create reports and formats, and coordinate with the provider.
1- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
2- 1+ years of experience in a technical support role.
3- 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics Nav.
4- Analytical skills to study problems and identify solutions.
5- Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
6- Ability to work in a REMOTE WFH (work from home) environment
