An established restaurant and sweets business in Zahle is looking for a presentable, friendly, and customer-oriented Hostess / Order Taker to join its team. <br>Responsibilities: <br>- Welcome and greet customers in a warm and professional manner. <br>- Take customer orders accurately when required. <br>- Provide customers with information about menu items. <br>- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and floor team. <br>- Follow up on customers' needs <br>- Support the floor team during busy periods. <br>- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude. <br>- Keep the front-of-house area organized and welcoming. <br>- Perform other customer-service duties as needed. <br>Requirements: <br>- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar position is preferred. <br>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. <br>- Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented personality. <br>- Presentable and professional appearance. <br>- Ability to take orders accurately and work efficiently under pressure. <br>- Team player with a responsible and positive attitude. <br>- Flexibility to support different tasks when needed. <br>- Female, Lebanese, preferably residing in Zahle. <br>????
