The Field Sales Supervisor - OTC Pharmacy Line is responsible for driving sales performance, supervising and coaching a team of medical representatives, and ensuring effective coverage and execution across assigned territories. Sales Performance & Target Achievement <br> <br>Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory. <br>Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with company objectives. <br>Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and gaps. <br>Implement action plans to maximize territory performance. <br> <br>2. Team Management & Coaching <br> <br>Supervise, motivate, and guide a team of Medical Representatives. <br>Conduct regular field visits and joint calls to assess performance and provide coaching. <br>Set clear KPIs and monitor individual performance. <br>Identify training needs and support team development. <br> <br>3. Territory Management <br> <br>Ensure optimal coverage of pharmacies within the assigned region. <br>Maintain strong relationships with key pharmacies and stakeholders. <br>Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics. <br>Ensure proper segmentation and targeting of accounts. <br> <br>4. Execution Excellence <br> <br>Ensure proper implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities. <br>Monitor product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards. <br>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. <br> <br>5. Reporting & Administration <br> <br>Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts. <br>Track field activities using CRM tools. <br>Provide feedback to management on market insights and team performance. <br> <br> <br>Qualifications & Experience <br> <br>- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field. <br>- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (OTC experience is a plus). <br>- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is highly preferred. <br>- Strong knowledge of the Lebanese pharmacy market

Prepare and deliver medications according to requests from various departments during the night shift. <br>Candidates for this position must have completed their academic or technical studies at a recognized institution in Lebanon. <br>Proficiency in computer skills is required. <br>Languages: Arabic and French.
