In addition the control room technician should ensure safe, efficient and compliant functioning of technical systems through real-time monitoring, emergency response and coordination with maintenance and operational teams. <br> <br>Keu activities and responsibilities: <br>System Monitoring and Operation <br>• Continuously monitor BMS software and FACP systems for alarms, irregularities, and operational data <br>• Report and escalate emergency situations or technical issues related to fire, MV (Medium Voltage), elevators, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems to the Control Room Team Leader and relevant teams <br>• Ensure accurate backup and achieving system data and logs across BMS, FACP, and metering systems <br> <br>Energy Efficiency and Control <br>• Implement energy-saving measures via the BMS as directed, ensuring changes are controlled, recorded, and verified <br>• Coordinate closely with the Team Leader to ensure proper execution and documentation of these initiatives <br> <br>Reporting and Documentation <br>• Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all interventions, alarms, and adjustments made through the BMS and related systems <br>• Generate statistical reports and summaries on BMS activities, energy usage, and performance metrics <br>• Keep up-to-date equipment history records in the system to support preventive and corrective maintenance plans <br> <br>Emergency and Incident Management <br>• Maintain high alertness to technical emergencies, particularly involving life safety or critical infrastructure <br>• Support emergency response efforts, ensuring that relevant departments and external responders are informed and able to act swiftly <br> <br>Compliance and Quality Control <br>• Identify and report non-compliance with operational standards or system irregularities to the team leader or related parties <br>• Propose recommendations to address inefficiencies, procedural gaps, or recurring technical issues <br> <br>Process Improvement <br>• Participate in control room workflow reviews and suggest enhancements to system operations, monitoring processes, or data handling practices <br>• Contribute to ongoing efforts to improve system uptime, alarm accuracy, and operational efficiency. <br> <br>Stakeholders Relationship <br>• Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and ensure constant cooperation for successful initiatives <br>• Work closely and positively with other technicians, supervisors, and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and resolve issues <br> <br>Others <br>• Stay up to date with the latest development and best practices in the technical field and implement the newest techniques <br>• Ensure compliance with the authority matrix, code of conduct and HR policies <br>• Perform other technical duties relating to plumbing, HVAC, safety and general services in case of emergency <br>• Perform other job-related duties as assigned and based on business need
