Ensure the same happens with the entire team of managers and their direct reports. Use these appraisals for salary reviews. 9- Recommend Hire and Fire decisions with justifications, in conjunction with HR/Administration Manager. 10- Liaise with HR on topics related to his team such as compensation, social security, insurance, vacations, etc. 11- Constantly review and evaluate his team structure and procedures to correct and improve. 12- Follow-up on work schedules, time attendance, task repartition.. 13- Liaise with local and international European suppliers of spare parts. <h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> وصف الوظيفة<br><p>مجموعة GlobeMed، أكبر شركة لإدارة مزايا الرعاية الصحية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، تبحث عن وظيفة (كبير) مسؤول قاعدة البيانات لزيادة الدعم الفني لبيئة قاعدة البيانات بما في ذلك الإشراف على تطوير وتنظيم قواعد البيانات، وتقييم وتنفيذ تقنيات جديدة، وتوفير تكنولوجيا信息 مع منظور طويل الأجل حول العلاقة بين تقنية قواعد البيانات وفرص الأعمال التي تواجه الشركة.</p><br><p>سيساعده/ها مدير قاعدة البيانات في إدارة قواعد البيانات المختلفة وما يتطلبه ذلك من تحليل، تصميم، توفر، استرداد، مراقبة، تكوين، نشر ودعم.</p><br><p><strong>الواجبات والمسؤوليات:</strong></p><br><ul><li>تثبيت وتكوين قاعدة بيانات جديدة.</li><li>المراقبة واستكشاف أخطاء قاعدة البيانات.</li><li>تحسين الأداء والتحليل والحل.</li><li>نشر البرامج والسكريبتات المقدمة من تكنولوجيا المعلومات.</li><li>تحديث أدلة المستخدمين الحالية وأدلة تشغيل الأنظمة.</li><li>تنفيذ مهام صيانة البيانات اليومية.</li><li>إجراء الاختبارات والنسخ الاحتياطي والاسترداد واختبارات التحول التلقائي فشل.</li><li>الإبلاغ عن أي قضايا حرجة إلى المشرف المباشر وفريق الإدارة المحلي لضمان سير العملية بسلاسة.</li><li>توثيق بيئة قاعدة بيانات الشركة.</li><li>إدارة جميع كائنات قاعدة البيانات (الجداول، الفهرس، الإجراءات، إلخ…)</li><li>القدرة على تطوير سكريبتات قاعدة البيانات بما في ذلك أوامر أساسية وبرمجة القشرة.</li></ul><br>المؤهلات<br><ul><li>درجة جامعية في علوم الكمبيوتر أو هندسة الحاسوب</li><li>3+ سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة قواعد بيانات أوراكل، مايكروسوفت سكيل إضافية</li><li>شهادة متعلقة بقواعد البيانات ميّزة إضافية (OCP, MCSD، إلخ)</li><li>معرفة أدوات وتقنيات التقارير والاستعلامات وممارساتها.</li><li>معرفة في التوافر العالي، وتكرار البيانات وأمن البيانات.</li><li>فهم إجراءات ITIL ومراقبة التغييرات ميزة إضافية</li></ul><br><br> </div>
