<p>Aspire Software operates and manages wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.</p><p>We are looking for a hands-on infrastructure specialist to own, secure and grow the AWS platform behind our software for the UK housing sector. You will keep customer environments reliable and well documented, build new environments as code, and be the person our customers and auditors trust with the difficult infrastructure questions. This is first and foremost an infrastructure role. You will own our AWS estate end to end, from networking, compute and data stores through to identity, monitoring, backups and cost, across shared and customer-dedicated environments. You will work closely with our DevOps engineer, who leads on CI/CD, so that pipelines and environments evolve together. You will also build. When a customer needs a dedicated environment you will stand it up from our Terraform templates, connect it to monitoring, identity and backup, hand it over with clear documentation and manage it through its life. You will be comfortable writing code, whether that is Terraform modules, serverless functions or automation scripts, because at SDS infrastructure and product are built by the same team. <p>Build production AI systems for clients. You'll design and ship agentic workflows on Claude and AWS Bedrock AgentCore, retrieval systems backed by Bedrock Knowledge Bases, and MCP-based automations that connect directly into client tool stacks (Notion, Linear, HubSpot, AWS, Google Workspace, and more). This is a hands-on build role. <p><h4>الغرض</h4> <p>سيكون فنيّو الأتمتة مسؤولين عن دعم مديرينا للمشاريع ومهندسي النظام في إنشاء وتركيب وتكليف أنظمة PLC/HMI/SCADA إضافة إلى تكامل الشبكات والأجهزة.</p> <h4>الوظائف الأساسية والمسؤوليات</h4> <p>الواجبات التالية نموذجية لهذه الوظيفة. لا يجب اعتبارها حصرية أو شاملة للكل. قد تكون هناك واجبات أخرى مطلوبة وتُكلف.</p> <ul> <li>إكمال بدء التشغيل وتكليف أنظمة التحكم الجديدة PLC/HMI/SCADA، خدمة وصيانة التركيبات القائمة، تشخيص الأعطال، إصلاح الأجهزة، تصحيح أخطاء البرمجة والتعديلات في مواقع العملاء</li> <li>إكمال تشخيص وحل المشكلات التقنية في مواقع العمل وتقديم تقارير مناسبة إلى إدارة المشروع أو قادة العمليات عبر البريد الإلكتروني، SharePoint، OneDrive، أو تطبيقات المستودع الأخرى</li> <li>حضور والمشاركة في جلسات بدء المشروع والتسليم مع مديري المشاريع لاكتساب معرفة تقدير المشروع ونطاقه وتحضير وثائق إكمال المشروع</li> <li>تنظيم والحفاظ على مسودات رسومات التحكم وتقديمها لمهندس التصميم عند انتهاء المشروع لإنشاء حزمة الرسومات كما-بنيت</li> <li>العمل مع فنيين آخرين لتطوير وتقاسم الحلول التقنية</li> <li>المشاركة بنشاط في تدريب الفنيين للحفاظ على الخبرة التقنية في المنتجات والأدوات الجديدة والتكامل من خلال مبادرات التعليم المستمر</li> </ul> <h4>التعليم والخبرة الدنيا اللازمة لأداء الوظائف الأساسية</h4> <ul> <li>درجة Associate متخصصة في الروبوتات أو الأتمتة أو التكنولوجيا أو ما يعادلها خبرة 3-5 سنوات كبديل عن الدرجة</li> <li>أو شهادة bachelor متخصصة في التكنولوجيا أو الهندسة أو التصنيع</li> </ul> <h4>الكفاءات الذهنية والبدنية اللازمة لأداء الوظائف الأساسية</h4> <ul> <li>معرفة عملية ببرنامج PLC واحد على الأقل (مثلاً روكوول سوت، Modicon Unity Pro أو Control Expert، ميتسوبيشي، وغيرها الكثير)</li> <li>معرفة عملية ببرنامج HMI واحد على الأقل (مثلاً Rockwell FactoryTalk View أو Wonderware InTouch، وغيرها الكثير)</li> <li>معرفة SCADA بواحدة من المنصات (مثلاً Ignition، Factory Talk View SE، Optix، GE iFix، Ecostruxure Power Operations أو SCADA، وغيره)</li> <li>معرفة بتطبيقات Windows Office ومستودعاتها الشائعة (مثلاً OneDrive، SharePoint، GIT)</li> <li>معرفة بـ Microsoft SQL أو تطبيقات قواعد البيانات الأخرى لكن ليست مطلوبة</li> <li>معرفة بتنسيقات اتصالات الشبكات Ethernet والتسلسلية وتكوينات الأجهزة</li> <li>فهم أساسي لعمليات التحكم (مثلاً حلقات تحكم PID، تحكم المحرك، تكليف أجهزة القياس الرقمية والتناظرية)</li> <li>مهارات تواصل شخصية ممتازة مع القدرة على التواصل الفعال شفوياً وكتابةً</li> <li>القدرة على السفر إلى مواقع العملاء للعمل بين عشية وضحاها حوالي 25%</li> </ul> <h4>القدرة البيئية</h4> <ul> <li>فترات طويلة من الجلوس أمام مكتب والعمل على جهاز كمبيوتر</li> <li>يجب أن يكون قادرًا على رفع 20 رطلاً في بعض الحالات</li> <li>تفاعل ميداني واسع مع العملاء في مواقع العمل، والتي قد تتطلب فترات طويلة من الوقوف، المشي و/أو صعود السلالم</li> <li>تعرضات عرضية لمجموعة من درجات الحرارة والظروف الجوية</li> </ul> <h4>المعدات/الأدوات</h4> <ul> <li>حاسوب محمول</li> </ul> <p><strong>بيان صاحب عمل يتيح مساواة فرص:</strong> نحن صاحب عمل يتيح مساواة في الفرص. امتثالاً لقانون الأمريكيين من ذوي الإعاقة، سننظر في ترتيبات معقولة للأشخاص المؤهلين ذوي الإعاقة ونشجع المتقدمين والموظفين الحاليين على مناقشة الترتيبات المحتملة مع صاحب العمل.</p></p><p></p>
