<section><p class="heading jdMain">وصف الوظيفة</p><p class="heading">الأدوار والمسؤوليات</p><div class="paragraph"><p>سيكون المحاسب الأول مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على جميع العمليات المحاسبية والمالية للمنظمة، وضمان دقة وسلامة السجلات المالية، والامتثال للوائح المعمول بها، والإدارة الفعالة للموارد المالية. سيشرف على فريق المحاسبة، ويراقب عمليات التقارير المالية، ويدير أنشطة الميزانية والتدفق النقدي، ويدعم الإدارة في اتخاذ القرارات المالية الاستراتيجية. سيلعب المحاسب الأول دوراً رئيسياً في الحفاظ على ضوابط داخلية قوية، وتحسين الأداء المالي، وضمان الامتثال لقوانين الضرائب المحلية والمعايير المحاسبية.</p><p>المسؤوليات الأساسية:</p><ul><li>الإشراف وإدارة عمليات قسم المحاسبة اليومية.</li><li>ضمان الإعداد الدقيق وفي الوقت المناسب للبيانات المالية الشهرية والربعية والسنوية.</li><li>مراقبة والحفاظ على دفتر الأستاذ العام، وحسابات الدائنين، وحسابات العملاء، والرواتب، والسجلات الأصول الثابتة.</li><li>إعداد ومراجعة التقارير المالية، والميزانيات، والتوقعات، وتوقعات التدفق النقدي.</li><li>الالتزام بمعايير المحاسبة اللبنانية، والأنظمة الضريبية، والمتطلبات القانونية.</li><li>تنسيق وإدارة التدقيقات الخارجية، والتدقيقات الضريبية، والزيارات التنظيمية.</li><li>تطوير وتنفيذ ومراقبة الضوابط المالية الداخلية وإجراءات المحاسبة.</li><li>مصالحة الحسابات المصرفية، وحسابات الموردين، وحسابات العملاء، والمعاملات بين الشركات.</li><li>الإشراف على إعداد وتقديم الإقرارات الضريبية، وعوائد ضريبة القيمة المضافة، وضريبة الرواتب، وغيرها من الملفات التنظيمية.</li><li>مراقبة أنشطة إدارة النقد وتحسين استخدام رأس المال العامل.</li><li>تحليل الأداء المالي وتقديم توصيات للإدارة بشأن تحسين التكاليف والكفاءة التشغيلية.</li><li>دعم عمليات Budgets والتخطيط المالي عبر الأقسام.</li><li>ضمان التوثيق الصحيح وصيانة سجلات المحاسبة والمستندات الداعمة.</li><li>التنسيق مع البنوك والمدققين والجهات الحكومية وشركات التأمين وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين حسب الحاجة.</li><li>مساعدة الإدارة في التخطيط المالي الاستراتيجي واتخاذ القرار.</li><li>تدريب وتوجيه والإشراف على موظفي المحاسبة لضمان أداء عالٍ وتطوير مهني مستمر.</li><li>الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات المالية والالتزام بأعلى المعايير الأخلاقية والمهنية.</li><li>مواكبة اللوائح المحاسبية، وقوانين الضرائب، ومعايير إعداد التقارير المالية، وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية.</li><li>دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر الرامية إلى تعزيز العمليات المالية ودقة التقارير.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">المرشح المثالي</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>سيُفضل المرشحون الذين لديهم خبرة سابقة في المستشفيات أو بيئات الرعاية الصحية، مع إظهار الإلمام بممارسات المحاسبة في الرعاية الصحية، ومطابقة مطالبات التأمين، وعمليات فواتير الرعاية الصحية، والتقارير المالية الصحيّة.</p><p>المؤهلات:</p><ul><li>التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة، المالية، أو مجال ذي صلة. يفضل درجة الماجستير</li><li>الخبرة:<ul><li>خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور مماثل.</li><li>يفضل خبرة سابقة في مستشفى، مؤسسة رعاية صحية، أو مركز طبي.</li></ul></li><li>المعرفة:<ul><li>معرفة قوية بالتقارير المالية، والميزانية، والضرائب، والضوابط الداخلية.</li><li>إتقان برامج المحاسبة وأنظمة ERP.</li><li>شهادة مهنية مثل CPA، ACCA، CMA، أو ما يعادلها مطلوبة.</li></ul></li><li>المهارات:<ul><li>مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية وحل مشكلات ممتازة.</li><li>قدرات قيادية وإدارة فريق قوية.</li><li>إتقان متقدم لـ Microsoft Excel وأدوات التقارير المالية.</li><li>مهارات تواصل وبناء علاقات ممتازة.</li><li>القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بمواعيد نهائية صارمة.</li><li>النزاهة العالية والاحترافية والسرية والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.</li></ul></li><li>اللغات: الطلاقة في الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً مطلوبة. المعرفة بالفرنسية أو لغات أخرى تعتبر ميزة.</li></ul><p></p></section>
