Key Responsibilities <br>Review customer emails and handle product requests. <br>Verify product availability in the system. <br>Coordinate with the B2B/Commercial Director regarding alternative product proposals. <br>Prepare and submit customer quotations. <br>Receive and forward customer purchase orders for processing. <br>Follow up on customer orders with the Order Management team. <br>Create special product codes under the supervision of the Commercial Director. <br>Prepare Excel reports for special customer requests, including product details, quantities, and part numbers. <br>Coordinate with the Procurement Department regarding prices and delivery timelines. <br>Requirements <br>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. <br>Minimum 1 year of corporate experience. <br>Excellent command of French and English. <br>Strong communication and organizational skills. <br>Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools
