The Stock and Operations Manager provides end-to-end leadership for the company’s warehouse, inventory, delivery and fleet, and technical service operations. The role ensures that stock is accurate and available, orders and transfers are fulfilled safely and on time, vehicles and operational assets are controlled efficiently, and technical services meet defined quality and turnaround standards. The manager leads the three department heads, aligns priorities across functions, resolves escalations, and turns operational data into corrective actions that improve service, cost, control, and customer satisfaction. <br>Main Duties and Responsibilities <br>Operational Leadership and Coordination <br>• Lead, coach, and hold accountable the Warehouse Manager, Technical or Service Center Manager, and Delivery and Fleet Supervisor. <br>• Translate company objectives into department plans, daily priorities, service standards, manpower allocation, and measurable targets. <br>• Run regular operations meetings and ensure effective handovers between warehouse, delivery, technical, sales, procurement, accounting, and project teams. <br>• Maintain clear ownership for every operational request, escalation, and exception from receipt through closure. <br>• Identify capacity constraints, workflow gaps, and recurring failures, then implement and follow up corrective and preventive actions. <br>Stock and Warehouse Governance <br>• Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, internal transfers, and replenishment across all warehouses and stock locations. <br>• Own inventory accuracy and ensure cycle counts, scheduled physical inventories, reconciliations, serial tracking, and discrepancy investigations are completed and documented. <br>• Review stock adjustments, damaged or obsolete items, negative stock, excess stock, slow-moving items, and near-out-of-stock risks; coordinate action with stock control, procurement, sales, and accounting. <br>• Approve or escalate stock-related exceptions according to the company’s authority matrix, ensuring proper supporting documents and segregation of duties. <br>• Ensure warehouse layout, product identification, storage conditions, housekeeping, access control, and safety practices protect employees and company assets. <br>Delivery and Fleet Management <br>• Ensure deliveries and stock transfers are planned, routed, dispatched, tracked, and completed accurately, safely, and on time. <br>• Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, fuel consumption, mileage, maintenance, inspections, insurance, registration, licensing, incidents, and operating cost. <br>• Review delivery failures, delays, damages, shortages, returns, and customer complaints, and ensure root causes and corrective actions are recorded. <br>• Optimize routes, scheduling, loading, and vehicle allocation to improve service levels while controlling cost. <br>• Ensure drivers and helpers comply with traffic laws, safety requirements, vehicle checklists, and company procedures. <br>Technical Team and Service Operations <br>• Oversee workshop, service center, maintenance, repair, after-sales support, warranty handling, field visits, and technical team scheduling. <br>• Ensure service requests and work orders are assigned, documented, prioritized, and completed within agreed turnaround times. <br>• Monitor technical quality, repeat repairs, spare-parts and tool usage, warranty claims, preventive maintenance, and customer escalations. <br>• Coordinate technical manpower and site support with projects, sales, and customers while maintaining clear scope, approval, and handover records. <br>• Ensure technicians receive the training, tools, safety equipment, product knowledge, and procedures required to perform effectively. <br>Systems, Controls, and Reporting <br>• Ensure all operational transactions and records are entered accurately and on time in the ERP system, including receipts, transfers, deliveries, returns, repairs, serial numbers, spare parts, and stock adjustments. <br>• Establish practical SOPs, checklists, approval controls, and audit trails across the three departments, and verify consistent implementation. <br>• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards covering stock, warehouse, delivery, fleet, and technical performance, with analysis and action plans. <br>• Partner with Accounting and Stock Control to reconcile inventory and investigate variances; partner with IT or ERP support to resolve system issues that affect operations. <br>• Maintain complete operational records and ensure readiness for internal reviews, stock audits, warranty verification, and regulatory inspections. <br> <br>Education Experience and Skills <br>• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. <br>• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in operations, warehousing, logistics, stock control, fleet, or technical service, including at least 3 years in a management role. <br>• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple operational departm
