We are looking for an HR Officer to join our team in Tripoli. The role involves supporting daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee records management, and coordination of payroll and attendance.

Responsible for supporting the IT Manager in managing, maintaining, and improving the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and business applications to ensure stable, secure, and efficient daily operations. This role provides advanced technical support, handles complex IT issues, supports ERP systems and business applications, assists in IT projects, and contributes to software development, integrations, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across the company.
<br>MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
<br>• Support the IT Manager in managing, monitoring, and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, networks, computers, printers, software, and communication systems• Provide advanced technical support to employees and resolve complex hardware, software, network, ERP, and system issues• Administer user accounts, access rights, permissions, emails, devices, and IT assets according to company policies and IT Manager instructions• Support the implementation of data security process, backups, disaster recovery procedures, cybersecurity practices.• Monitor system performance, identify technical risks or weaknesses, and report recommendations to the IT Manager• Manage daily support and troubleshooting for ERP systems, especially Odoo, including user support, issue follow-up, reporting, customization requests, and coordination with vendors or developers when needed• Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades, software implementation, infrastructure improvements, migrations, integrations, and new technology rollouts• Develop, test, maintain, and improve internal software applications, scripts, tools, reports, and automation solutions to support business needs• Support integrations between software systems, websites, APIs, ERP, and third-party business applications• Coordinate with departments to understand technical needs and provide practical IT solutions in alignment with the IT Manager• Maintain proper IT documentation, system inventories, user guides, procedures, issue logs, and technical reports• Implement software updates, security patches, antivirus management, system upgrades, and firewall/VPN changes as assigned• Support network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi, IP phones, CCTV-related network systems, and branch connectivity• Assist the IT manager in Training and guiding employees on IT systems, cybersecurity awareness, ERP usage, and internal IT procedures• Assist in applying IT policies, procedures, access control rules, and best practices to improve efficiency and security• Support and guide junior IT staff or new joiners when needed and ensure assigned IT tasks are completed properly and on time• Prepare regular updates and technical reports for the IT Manager regarding issues, projects, system status, and completed tasks
<br>REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS
<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field• 4–6 years of proven experience as an IT Specialist, Senior IT Support, IT Administrator, Systems Administrator, or similar role• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, servers, networking, and IT infrastructure• Good experience in ERP systems; Odoo experience is preferred• Good knowledge of software development, scripting, databases, APIs, reporting tools, and system integrations• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft 365, email systems, cloud services, and business applications• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices, firewalls, antivirus systems, backups, access control, and disaster recovery procedures• Experience in network management including LAN/WAN, VPN, VLANs, routers, switches, wireless networks, and IP systems• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills• Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow priorities, work independently, and perform under pressure• Strong communication, teamwork, and coordination skills• Ability to document systems, train users, and explain technical information clearly•
Medical Officer – Medical Services Department
<br>The Medical Officer makes sure that our insured patients get quality healthcare. Being the first interlocutor with our risk carriers and medical providers for solving inquiries and complaints related to medical coverage decisions and patient cases.
<br>
<br>Duties:
<br>• Make contact and negotiate with guarantors to solve problems concerning patients’ coverage cases.
<br>• Assist guarantors in the underwriting and scoring of new and renewed adherents.
<br>• Monitor the length of stay, utilization, medical cases, and their related costs.
<br>• Generate hospitalization reports and follow up on tracked high-cost cases with the concerned Field Medical Officers
<br>• Follow up on medical discharges with Field Medical Officers.
<br>• Contribute to projects related to the Medical Services department as assigned by the Medical Director.

<br>Requirements:
<br>• Medical Doctor degree
<br>• 0 to 2 years of experience in the related field
<br>• English & Arabic language, French is a plus.
