Vacancy for an Architect/Interior with minimum5- 7 years’ experience <br> <br>We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect with 7 years’ experience to join our fit-out team. The ideal candidate will lead the construction and coordination of interior fit-out projects from concept to handover, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery. <br> <br>Key Responsibilities: <br>• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and detailed construction documents. <br>• Ensure the accuracy, coordination, and completeness of all architectural documentation. <br>• Coordinate closely with interior designers, engineers (MEP/structural), and other consultants to ensure design alignment. <br>• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure implementation aligns with design intent, quality standards, and project requirements. <br>• Identify and resolve technical issues during construction by providing timely and practical solutions. <br>• Participate in snagging, de-snagging, inspections, and final handover procedures. <br>• Attend client and consultant meetings to present technical clarifications and address design-related concerns. <br>• Prepare quantity take-offs to assist in cost estimation. <br>• Prepare and review of variation orders, ensuring design changes are documented and reflected accurately. <br>• Monitor project milestones and ensure timely submission of deliverables in line with project schedules. <br>Requirements: <br>• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architect. <br>• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in fit-out or interior projects. <br>• Strong knowledge of detailing, materials, and finishing standards. <br>• Proficiency in AutoCAD. <br>• Excellent communication and coordination skills. <br> <br>Submit your resume to hr@mpholdings.com <br>Only selected candidates will be contacted <br> <br>Follow us on www.myprojectsholding.com & IG: mpholdings

In this role, you will bridge the gap between design concepts and production reality by creating precise 2D and 3D technical drawings and maintaining accurate documentation. <br>Key Responsibilities: <br>• Develop Drawings: Prepare comprehensive 2D production drawings and 3D models using Autodesk Inventor. <br>• Modify Designs: Update, optimize, and modify existing mechanical designs based on engineering feedback. <br>• Scale Equipment: Apply engineering design changes seamlessly across multiple machine sizes. <br>• Manage Documentation: Generate, update, and audit accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) for production and procurement

Requirements: <br>• Education: Technical diploma or vocational certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. <br>• Experience: Minimum 5 years in MEP building construction, with 2+ years as a foreman or lead. <br>• Skills: Strong blueprint reading skills and deep knowledge of building codes. <br>• Leadership: Proven ability to manage multi-skilled labor crews and meet tight deadlines. <br> <br>Key Responsibilities: <br>• Lead MEP Teams: Supervise daily tasks for electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians on-site. <br>• Read Blueprints: Interpret complex electromechanical drawings and engineering schematics accurately. <br>• Coordinate Work: Sync daily installation schedules with civil and structural construction teams. <br>• Ensure Quality: Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of all building systems
