Role Purpose <br>The Sales Associate is responsible for customer satisfaction and achieve best possible sales results serving customers in the shop and providing with their needs in a suitable manner in order to ensure a high level of customer service <br> <br> <br>Key Responsibilities <br>Greet customers, serve and provide them with their needs in a suitable manner with a high level of customer service <br>Assist customers in their demanded products and in their purchase decisions, offering them suitable advices <br>Arrange and replenish throughout the day the displayed items on structures ensuring that the shop floor and structures are tidy and well organized at all times <br>Arrange and display received merchandise under the control of the Shop Manager keeping the merchandise well displayed <br>Fill information for any alteration needed in the alteration book after taking measurements in collaboration with tailor when needed for any detail <br>Change tag prices of products during promotion periods or as needed <br>Raise new received boxes; receive items as per the shop procedure (Barcode, Alarm, and Price) insuring that items do match the checklist. Classify and store (perfect storage) extra items in the Stockroom on a daily basis insuring that are displayed on the shop floor <br>Prevent security risks and thefts and escalate occurring incidents to the manager in charge avoiding loss
