This full-time, on-site role is based in Lebanon.</p><p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing technical support to employees, and maintaining secure and efficient systems and networks.</p><ul><li>Provide first and second-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.</li><li>Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.</li><li>Manage and maintain Windows Servers and various on-premises applications.</li><li>Set up accounts, workstations, and system access for new employees.</li><li>Monitor performance and maintain IT systems according to business requirements.</li><li>Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot VLANs, switches, routers, and firewalls.</li><li>Manage backups and implement disaster recovery solutions.</li><li>Ensure cybersecurity best practices through access controls, antivirus, firewalls, and secure configurations.</li><li>Upgrade systems with new releases, patches, and models.</li><li>Support and maintain email services, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.</li><li>Document IT infrastructure: technical guides, and manuals for procedures.</li><li>Develop expertise and train staff on new technologies and IT policies.</li><li>Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve escalated issues.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.</li><li>1-3 years of proven experience in IT support and network/system administration.</li><li>Proven experience in IT support and network/system administration.</li><li>Strong knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).</li><li>Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and Windows/Linux servers.</li><li>Knowledge of containerization and cloud technologies is a plus.</li><li>Proven knowledge in cybersecurity and best practices for system/network hardening.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset.</li><li>Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and explain technical details.</li><li>Industry certifications (CCNA, CompTIA NetworK+, MCSA, etc.) are considered an advantage.</li><li>HikVision knowledge is a plus.</li><li>Coding skills in Laravel + Vue are a plus.</li></ul><p></p></section>
