<p>A consulting Company is looking for a driven Sales Consultant to help us connect with organizations seeking strategic transformation, governance, operational excellence, and executive advisory services.</p><p>This opportunity is ideal for professionals who think commercially, enjoy building executive relationships, and want to grow into a broader business development role as the firm scales.</p><p>As a Sales Consultant, you will identify qualified opportunities, build executive relationships, generate leads, and coordinate discovery conversations on behalf of the Founder &amp; Managing Director. This is not a transactional sales role we're looking for someone entrepreneurial, who can bring ideas, open doors, and grow into a business development capacity as the firm develops.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Executive Relationship Management, or Lead Generation in consulting field</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Strong commercial instincts and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously</li><li>Experience using LinkedIn for executive outreach is highly desirable</li><li>High proficiency in using LinkedIn and Cold Email strategies for reaching C-suite executives.</li><li>Experience within consulting or corporate advisory environments is an advantage</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field</li></ul>

<p>The Social Worker role is a full-time, on-site position based in Beirut, from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00 covering the following tasks:</p><p>Receive and process incoming donation requests, guiding beneficiaries through the application process and assisting them in completing donation request forms accurately.</p><p>Conduct structured interviews and home visits with applicant families to verify socio-economic status, validate reported data, and ensure requests align with organizational criteria.</p><p>Maintain up-to-date records for all assigned cases, tracking intervention history, status changes, and follow-up schedules in the central database.</p><p>Prepare detailed case reports, field assessment summaries, and metric updates for management review to support donor transparency and operational decisions.</p><p>Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of charity drives, community outreach events, and donation distribution campaigns.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>Required experience &amp; education</strong></p><ul><li>Preferably holding a degree in sociology or any related field</li><li>Preferably having an experience of minimum 5 years in charity &amp;/or social work field.</li><li>To have the ability to show compassion toward difficult cases</li><li>Being very discreet is a major key</li></ul><p><strong>Location:</strong></p><ul><li>Preferably to be resident in Beirut or surrounding region.</li></ul>
