Position Overview: DC Developments, a developments and real estate company in Batroun is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join its team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, technical documentation, and project management, with demonstrated experience overseeing projects from concept through construction and close-out. Key Responsibilities: Architectural Design & Technical Development • Develop architectural concepts, design solutions, presentations, and design documentation in response to client requirements and project objectives. • Prepare and review comprehensive and innovative architectural drawings, including site plans, 3D drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and construction documents. • Investigate technical design issues, evaluate alternatives, and recommend solutions that best meet client and project requirements. • Review architectural documentation for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with project standards. Project Management • Lead on the assigned projects from concept development to construction documentation, and project implementation. • Manage architectural work with multidisciplinary teams. • Act as a key architectural point of contact for clients and project stakeholders. • Responsible for creating representational drawings and renderings for client presentations, archiving and publication purposes. • Monitor project progress against timelines, deliverables, budgets, and technical standards. • Prepare site visit reports, progress reports, meeting minutes, and other project documentation as required. • Ensure that project deliverables remain aligned with client requirements. Qualifications & Experience • Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. • Minimum 5 years of progressive professional experience in architectural design and project delivery. • Proven experience overseeing architectural projects from concept through construction and close-out. • Exceptional proficiency in Revit, Rhinoceros, AutoCAD, Lumion, Adobe Products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in creating complex architectural models, 3D modelling softwares, and documentation. • Strong ability to produce and coordinate complete architectural documentation from schematic design through construction documents. • Strong understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination. • Experience with medium to large-scale commercial, institutional, residential, or mixed-use projects is highly desirable. • Demonstrated experience in multidisciplinary design coordination and construction documentation. • Strong understanding of structural systems, building materials, construction methods, and architectural detailing. • Experience working within schedule, budget, quality, and client-driven constraints. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. In this role, as an AI pilot – that’s how we refer to this role at Mindrift – you’ll collaborate with Tendem agents that handle repetitive tasks, while you provide critical thinking, domain expertise, and quality control to deliver accurate and actionable results. This part-time remote opportunity is ideal for technical professionals with hands-on experience in web scraping, data extraction, and processing. <h4>What we do</h4> The Mindrift platform connects specialists with AI projects from major tech innovators. Our mission is to unlock the potential of generative AI by tapping into real-world expertise from across the globe. This is a freelance role for a Tendem project. As a senior Python data scraping engineer, you'll handle data scraping tasks requiring technical precision for web extraction and processing, utilizing various tools such as our provided Apify and OpenRouter alongside your own resourceful approaches. <h4>Key responsibilities:</h4> <li>Own end-to-end data extraction workflows across complex websites, ensuring complete coverage, accuracy, and reliable delivery of structured datasets.</li> <li>Leverage internal tools (Apify, OpenRouter) alongside custom workflows to accelerate data collection, validation, and task execution while meeting defined requirements.</li> <li>Ensure reliable extraction from dynamic and interactive web sources, adapting approaches as needed to handle JavaScript-rendered content and changing site behavior.</li> <li>Enforce data quality standards through validation checks, cross-source consistency controls, adherence to formatting specifications, and systematic verification prior to delivery.</li> <li>Scale scraping operations for large datasets using efficient batching or parallelization, monitor failures, and maintain stability against minor site structure changes.</li> <h4>Requirements:</h4> <li>At least 5+ years of relevant experience in data engineering, web scraping, automation, or software development (required).</li> <li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, applied mathematics, computer science, or related technical fields is a plus.</li> <li>Candidates should have a strong technical foundation and practical experience with scripting, automation, and AI-assisted workflows. Job Description: 3D Front-End Engineer (React Native & WebGL) Role Overview: We are seeking a 3D Front-End Engineer / Creative Technologist to build a responsive, interactive 3D avatar customizer and drill-animation engine for our kid-focused mobile football application. In this role, you will bridge the gap between user experience and 3D graphics, translating assets built by our 3D artist into an interactive mobile experience using React Native and React Three Fiber. Key Responsibilities Avatar Customization Engine: Build a modular system allowing users to swap 3D meshes and textures seamlessly (hair, jerseys, boots, skin tones) via standard React state.
