<p><br></p><p>The opportunity</p><p>We are seeking a Proposal Design Specialist to join our Clients &amp; Industries (C&amp;I) team within the Markets Enablement function, based in Pakistan, Jordan, or Lebanon. In this role, you will support strategic and high-value pursuits across the MENA region by developing compelling visual concepts, proposal designs, presentations, and client-facing materials that bring EY s value proposition to life. You will play a critical role in shaping the visual strategy and design execution for proposals, presentations, orals, and other business development collateral, helping pursuit teams communicate their message in a clear, engaging, and differentiated way. Working closely with pursuit leaders, proposal specialists, business development professionals, and service line stakeholders, you will help drive innovative design solutions that enhance client engagement and strengthen EY s competitive position in the marketplace.</p><p>Your key responsibilities</p><ul><li>Develop visually compelling proposals, presentations, executive summaries, and other client-facing materials aligned with EY s brand standards.</li><li>Create innovative visual concepts, graphics, infographics, charts, illustrations, and layouts that effectively communicate complex information.</li><li>Design pursuit of deliverables that reflect client priorities, industry context, and strategic win themes.</li><li>Participate in pursuit of kick-off meetings, strategy sessions, proposal reviews, and oral preparation workshops.</li><li>Present design concepts and creative approaches to pursuit teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with proposal specialists, deal teams, and subject matter professionals to develop integrated and impactful pursuit materials.</li><li>Lead the visual storytelling approach for strategic pursuits by translating key messages into engaging design solutions.</li><li>Drive design innovation by introducing new formats, interactive content, and creative approaches to proposal development.</li><li>Support content development across multiple formats, including proposals, presentations, digital assets, videos, and interactive materials.</li><li>Ensure consistency with EY s Visual Identity guidelines and global design standards.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Service Lines, Sectors, Knowledge, Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC), and Business Development teams.</li><li>Incorporate client feedback, win/loss insights, and lessons learned to continuously improve pursuit design effectiveness.</li><li>Contribute to the development of design best practices, templates, and reusable assets for future pursuits.</li><li>Support training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing initiatives related to proposal design and visual communication.</li></ul><p>Skills and attributes for success</p><ul><li>Strong graphic design, visual communication, and presentation design capabilities.</li><li>Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, layout design, typography, color theory, and branding principles.</li><li>Creative mindset with the ability to transform complex business concepts into engaging visual content.</li><li>Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with multiple priorities.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li><li>Ability to influence stakeholders and confidently present design recommendations.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify innovative design solutions.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul><p>To qualify for the role, you must have</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>Approximately 2 5 years of experience in graphic design, proposal design, communications, marketing, business development, or related discipline.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro.</li><li>Advanced PowerPoint skills with experience developing executive-level presentations and proposal materials.</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.</li><li>Experience supporting business development activities, strategic pursuits, bids, proposals, or client presentations.</li><li>Experience working in professional services, consulting, or multinational organizations is preferred.</li></ul><p>Ideally, you'll also have</p><ul><li>Experience supporting proposals or pursuit teams in a professional services environment.</li><li>Knowledge of emerging design technologies and digital content development tools.</li><li>Exposure multimedia content creation, video editing, animation, or interactive presentations.</li><li>Familiarity with AI-enabled design and content development tools.</li><li>Understanding of MENA market dynamics and client expectations.</li></ul><p>What we look for</p><p>We are looking for a creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about visual communication and business development.
