<h3>1. الغرض من الوظيفة</h3><p>يتولى أمين المستودع مسؤولية الإدارة اليومية الفعالة لأنشطة المستودع، وضمان الدقة في استلام منتجات الشركة وتخزينها ومناولتها والحفاظ عليها وشحنها. ويُعد هذا الدور حاسمًا في الحفاظ على دقة المخزون، وجودة المنتجات، وسلامة الأغذية، وظروف التخزين المناسبة، وتلبية الطلبات في الوقت المحدد، مع ضمان تنفيذ جميع أنشطة المستودع بكفاءة ووفقًا لسياسات وإجراءات الشركة. وسيتعامل أمين المستودع مع المنتجات الغذائية الاستهلاكية سريعة الدوران (FMCG) بما في ذلك الأجبان والمعكرونة والأرز والمنتجات الغذائية ذات الصلة، مع إيلاء اهتمام خاص لمبادئ الوارد أولاً يخرج أولاً (FIFO) / المنتهي الصلاحية أولاً يخرج أولاً (FEFO)، وتواريخ الصلاحية، وتتبع الدفعات، وظروف التخزين المناسبة.</p><h3>2. المسؤوليات الرئيسية</h3><p>أ. عمليات الاستلام والشحنات الواردة</p><ul><li>استلام المنتجات الواردة والتحقق من الكميات مقارنة بمذكرات التسليم وأوامر الشراء والوثائق ذات الصلة.</li><li>فحص البضائع الواردة للتأكد من الكمية وسلامة التغليف والتلف الظاهري وتواريخ الصلاحية والحالة العامة.</li><li>التحقق من رموز المنتجات والدفعات والكميات وتواريخ الصلاحية قبل قبول المخزون.</li><li>الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي تباينات أو بضائع تالفة أو نقص أو كميات زائدة إلى مدير المستودع/اللوجستيات.</li><li>ضمان تسجيل المنتجات المستلمة وتخزينها بشكل صحيح دون أي تأخير غير برر.</li><li>التنسيق مع المشتريات واللوجستيات والإدارات ذات الصلة الأخرى بشأن الشحنات الواردة.</li></ul><p>ب. إدارة المخزون والرقابة عليه</p><ul><li>الحفاظ على مستويات دقيقة للمخزون الفعلي وضمان تحديث سجلات المستودع وفقًا لذلك.</li><li>تنظيم المخزون وفقًا لفئة المنتج، ووحدة حفظ المخزون (SKU)، والدفعة، وتاريخ الصلاحية، ومتطلبات التخزين.</li><li>تطبيق مبادئ "ما يدخل أولاً يخرج أولاً" (FIFO) و"ما ينتهي تاريخ صلاحيته أولاً يخرج أولاً" (FEFO) حيثما ينطبق ذلك.</li><li>مراقبة تواريخ صلاحية المنتجات والإبلاغ الاستباقي عن المخزون قريب الانتهاء أو بطيء الحركة أو التالف/المهمل.</li><li>إجراء عمليات جرد منتظمة للمخزون والمشاركة في أنشطة الجرد الفعلي الدورية والسنوية.</li><li>التحقيق في تباينات المخزون والإبلاغ عنها والمساعدة في التسوية.</li><li>ضمان توثيق كل حركة للمنتج وتتبعها بشكل صحيح.</li></ul><p>ج. التخزين وتنظيم المستودع</p><ul><li>ضمان تخزين المنتجات بشكل آمن ومنظم وفي الأماكن المخصصة لها.</li><li>الحفاظ على ظروف التخزين المناسبة للمنتجات الغذائية، وخاصة المنتجات الحساسة لدرجة الحرارة والمبردة.</li><li>ضمان الفصل السليم بين المنتجات عند الحاجة.</li><li>الحفاظ على تعريف وتسمية واضحة للمنتجات والرفوف والمنصات النقالة ومناطق التخزين.</li><li>تحقيق الاستفادة القصوى من مساحة المستودع مع الحفاظ على الوصول الآمن وحركة المنتجات الفعالة.</li><li>ضمان بقاء الممرات ومخارج الطوارئ ومناطق العمل نظيفة ومتاحة وخالية من أي عوائق.</li></ul><p>د. إعداد الطلبات والشحن</p><ul><li>إعداد طلبات العملاء بدقة وفقًا لقوائم التجميع المعتمدة ووثائق التسليم.</li><li>تجميع المنتجات وفحصها وتعبئتها وتجهيزها للشحن.</li><li>التحقق من الكميات ووحدات حفظ المخزون والدفعات وتواريخ الصلاحية قبل الشحن.</li><li>ضمان التعامل مع المنتجات بشكل مناسب لمنع التلف أو التلوث أو التدهور.</li><li>التنسيق مع السائقين وفريق التوزيع لضمان التحميل الدقيق وفي الوقت المحدد.</li><li>ضمان توثيق جميع الكميات المشحونة بشكل صحيح.</li></ul><p>هـ. سلامة الأغذية والجودة</p><ul><li>الاتباع الصارم لإجراءات الشركة المتعلقة بسلامة الأغذية والنظافة وصحة المستودع.</li><li>الحفاظ على ظروف التخزين المطلوبة للمنتجات الغذائية.</li><li>الإبلاغ الفوري عن المنتجات التالفة أو الملوثة أو المنتهية الصلاحية أو المعرضة للخطر.</li><li>ضمان حماية المنتجات الغذائية من التلوث والآفات والرطوبة والمناولة غير السليمة.</li><li>اتباع إجراءات الشركة المطبقة على المنتجات المحجوزة أو المرفوضة أو المرتجعة أو التالفة.</li><li>دعم عمليات التفتيش الداخلي وفحوصات الجودة وتدقيق سلامة الأغذية.</li></ul><p>و. وثائق المستودع</p><ul><li>الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للاستلام والتحويلات والمنصرف والمرتجعات والشحنات.</li><li>ضمان اكتمال وثائق المستودع ودقتها وحفظها بشكل صحيح.</li><li>تحديث أنظمة المخزون أو سجلات المستودع حسب المطلوب.</li><li>إعداد تقارير حركة المخزون والتباينات عند الطلب.</li><li>الحفاظ على تتبع دقيق للدفعات وتواريخ الصلاحية.</li></ul><p>ز. المرتجعات والبضائع التالفة</p><ul><li>استلام وفحص المنتجات المرتجعة وفقًا للإجراءات المحددة.</li><li>فصل المنتجات المرتجعة أو التالفة أو المنتهية الصلاحية أو المحجوزة عن المخزون القابل للبيع.</li><li>تسجيل جميع المرتجعات والتباينات بدقة.</li><li>إخطار القسم المعني بشأن الإجراء المطلوب اتخاذه تجاه البضائع المرتجعة أو التالفة.</li></ul><p>ح. الصحة والسلامة والأمن</p><ul><li>الالتزام بجميع إجراءات الشركة المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة والأمن.</li><li>استخدام معدات المستودع وأدوات المناولة بمسؤولية وأمان.</li><li>الإبلاغ الفوري عن الظروف غير الآمنة والحوادث والوقائع أو أعطال المعدات.</li><li>الحفاظ على أمن المستودع ومنع الوصول غير المصرح به إلى المخزون.</li><li>ضمان الحفاظ على معايير النظافة والترتيب الجيد في جميع الأوقات.</li></ul>
