<h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p>تبحث شركة رائدة في تصنيع المستحضرات والعناية بالبشرة ومستحضرات التجميل في لبنان عن مدير مبيعات متمرس وكفء يقود أنشطة المبيعات، ويطوّر فرص أعمال جديدة، ويوسّع حضور الشركة في لبنان وأسواق التصدير.</p><p><br></p><p>المسؤوليات الرئيسية</p><p><br></p><p>- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات لتحقيق أهداف الإيرادات الشهرية والسنوية.</p><p>- قيادة والإشراف وتقييم أداء فريق المبيعات.</p><p>- إدارة العلاقات مع الموزعين وسلاسل الصيدليات ومتاجر التجميل والعيادات والأطباء الجلديين والحسابات الرئيسية.</p><p>- تحديد واقتراح موزعين محتملين وشركاء أعمال في لبنان والأسواق الدولية.</p><p>- تطوير فرص للعلامة الخاصة والتصنيع التعاقدي مع عملاء محليين ودوليين.</p><p>- التفاوض على الاتفاقيات التجارية والأسعار وشروط الدفع وظروف التوزيع.</p><p>- إعداد توقعات المبيعات والميزانيات وتقارير الأداء وتحليلات السوق.</p><p>- متابعة أنشطة المبيعات وزيارات العملاء والعروض والأسعار والطلبات والمتابعات.</p><p>- ضمان التنسيق المناسب بين المبيعات والإنتاج والتسويق واللوجستيات والإدارة.</p><p>- إجراء زيارات سوق دورية ودعم فريق المبيعات في إغلاق الحسابات الهامة.</p><p>- رصد أنشطة المنافسين واتجاهات السوق والأسعار وفرص المنتجات الجديدة.</p><p>- المشاركة في المعارض واجتماعات الأعمال والفعاليات الصناعية عند الحاجة.</p><p>- الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الحاليين وضمان رضاهم.</p><p>- متابعة طلبات العملاء من التأكيد حتى الإنتاج والتسليم.</p><p>- توظيف وتدريب وتحفيز وتوجيه مندوبي المبيعات عند الحاجة.</p><p><br></p><p>متطلبات المرشح</p><p><br></p><p>- درجة البكالوريوس في الصيدلة أو إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو الكيمياء أو علم الأحياء أو مجال ذي صلة.</p><p>- خبرة س sales لا تقل عن 4–5 سنوات، ويفضل في العناية بالبشرة والتجميل والصناعات الدوائية والسلع الاستهلاكية أو المنتجات الطبية.</p><p>- يفضل خبرة سابقة في منصب إدارة مبيعات أو قيادة فريق.</p><p>- معرفة قوية بسوق الصيدلة والتجميل والتوزيع في لبنان.</p><p>- الخبرة في صادرات المبيعات والـ private label أو التصنيع التعاقدي تعتبر ميزة.</p><p>- مهارات تفاوض واتصال وقيادة وإدارة علاقات قوية.</p><p>- القدرة على العمل مع أهداف المبيعات ومؤشرات الأداء والميزانيات وتقارير الأداء.</p><p>- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية. تعتبر الفرنسية ميزة.</p><p>- معرفة جيدة ببرامج Microsoft Office وأنظمة CRM أو تقارير المبيعات.</p><p>- رخصة قيادة سارية واستعداد للسفر داخل لبنان.</p><p><br></p><p>ما نقدمه</p><p><br></p><p>- راتب ثابت تنافسي.</p><p>- عمولات جذابة وحوافز قائمة على الأداء.</p><p>- بدل نقل.</p><p>- تدريب مهني على المنتجات وبيع المنتجات.</p><p>- فرص تطوير مهني داخل مُصنّع مستحضرات العناية بالبشرة المتنامي.</p><ul><li>- بيئة عمل داعمة ومهنية.</li></ul><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">المهارات</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><p>- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والسنوية.</p><p>- نمو حسابات العملاء الحاليين.</p><p>- الحصول على موزعين جدد وصيدليات وحسابات رئيسية.</p><p>- تطوير فرص للعلامة الخاصة والتصدير.</p><p>- أداء فريق المبيعات وتغطية السوق.</p><p>- الاحتفاظ بالعملاء وتكرار الطلبات.</p><p>- دقة توقعات وتقارير المبيعات.</p><p>- جمع المدفوعات والمتابعة مع الطلبات.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p></div>
