<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>The SEO / ASO Specialist will be responsible for driving organic growth across both web and mobile platforms. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with ownership of technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and app store visibility. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to improve search performance, increase visibility, and support sustainable growth through continuous optimisation and data-driven decision-making.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p>Develop and execute SEO strategies across technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and content alignment.</p><p>Implement on-page SEO updates directly through WordPress or similar CMS platforms, including metadata, internal linking, content updates, and page structure optimisation.</p><p>Conduct regular technical SEO audits using tools such as Screaming Frog SEO Spider.</p><p>Identify and resolve indexing, crawlability, and website performance issues.</p><p>Perform keyword research and support content planning in collaboration with content teams.</p><p>Work closely with developers to implement SEO improvements and technical enhancements.</p><p>Monitor website performance through Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.</p><p>Evaluate backlink profiles and support off-page SEO efforts by identifying quality link-building opportunities.</p><p>Manage and optimise app store presence across Google Play Store and Apple App Store.</p><p>Optimise app metadata including titles, descriptions, keywords, categories, screenshots, and positioning.</p><p>Monitor app rankings and performance, while continuously improving visibility and conversion rates.</p><p>Support the development and scaling of the overall ASO strategy.</p><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Skills</b></p><p>Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO.</p><p>Strong understanding of technical SEO, including indexing, crawlability, and site structure.</p><p>Solid knowledge of on-page SEO best practices.</p><p>Experience using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Screaming Frog SEO Spider</p><p>Experience working with multilingual SEO strategies in both English and Arabic.</p><p>Hands-on experience with WordPress and page builders such as Elementor or similar platforms.</p><p>Ability to independently manage website updates and implement SEO changes without developer support.</p><p>Understanding of backlink quality and off-page SEO principles.</p><p>Familiarity with ASO fundamentals or willingness to learn and take ownership of ASO activities.</p><p>Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.</p><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.</p><p>Experience targeting GCC markets and familiarity with ASO tools such as AppTweak or Sensor Tower is a plus.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p><br></p><p></p></section>
