Role Summary:

<br>The technician is responsible for the timely, efficient, high-quality and safe execution of maintenance tasks as assigned by the Head of Technical Department. This position is also responsible for the efficient, proper and safe usage of company tools, equipment and materials as well as the clean and safe running of maintenance works at client premises.

<br>• Carry out repairs and maintenance works in a safe, efficient, professional and tidy manner
<br>• Ensure a high-standard maintenance of equipment, machines, and tools cleanliness
<br>• Respond promptly to all maintenance calls and related tasks
<br>• Clean and safely pack-away all materials and tools after completion of daily tasks
<br>• Provide regular progress updates and report new findings or issues that may affect completion date
<br>• Plan, organize and implement a planned preventative and predictive maintenance programmer for all plants and perform unscheduled equipment maintenance as and when required.

<br>Qualifications

<br>• A Technical degree (TS3 or BT3) from an accredited institution

<br>• Familiarity with installation of copper networks, welding, electrical works and binding copper pipes as well as installation procedures, fittings, regulators, tools, and gas accessories

JOB DUTIES:

<br>EDUCATION:
<br>•Proven experience as a technician in low current systems, renewable energy, or both.
<br>•At least 2- 3 years of leadership experience, leading teams in technical projects.
<br>•Strong knowledge of low current systems (CCTV, alarms, access control) and/or solar energy systems.
<br>•Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
<br>•Ability to solve problems quickly and make decisions under pressure.
<br>•Strong organizational skills and experience in leading multiple tasks at once.
<br>•Valid driver’s license and flexibility to work in different work sites
