Experience managing complex partnerships with large-scale public donors, such as the United States, EU, Germany, the UK and/or the Netherlands is required. • Skills: Partnership Development, Resource Mobilization, Programme Management, Negotiation Skills, Public Affairs, Policy Analysis, Planning, Communications. • Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required. <br>1-Manage the day-to-day operation of staff.
<br>2-Ensure rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and maintained.
<br>3-Supervise housekeeping and cleaning teams.
<br>4-Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
<br>5-Report and follow up on facility issues (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, furniture, etc).
<br>6-Maintain inventory records and prevent loss or damage.
<br>7-Monitor furniture, appliances, and accommodation supplies.
<br>8-Monitor operational expenses.
<br>9-Supervise kitchen/cook operations and hygiene

<br>Qualifications:
<br>1-Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field.
<br>2-Experience in accommodation, hospitality, facilities, or property management.
