A building services engineering firm specializing in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) solutions for a range of construction and development projects.

We focus on delivering efficient, compliant, and cost-effective designs that support safe and sustainable buildings. Our project teams collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall project plans.

SPAZI SAL values precision, technical excellence, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle, and offers strong opportunities for professional growth.

Role Description

We are seeking a mid-level Mechanical Engineer to take ownership of the design, coordination, and delivery of HVAC (air conditioning and heating) and domestic hot water systems across our building projects. This is a contract, on-site role based in Beirut Governorate, Lebanon.

The engineer will be responsible for producing mechanical designs and drawings, performing load calculations and equipment selection, and coordinating with the broader MEP and construction teams to ensure systems are integrated correctly and installed to specification. This role carries more autonomy than an entry-level position — you will be expected to manage your own design deliverables, review contractor submittals, and support junior engineers where needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and size air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and domestic hot water systems in line with project requirements and applicable codes.
- Perform heating and cooling load calculations, equipment selection, ductwork and pipe sizing, and prepare associated schedules.
- Produce and review mechanical drawings and technical documentation using CAD/BIM tools.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and contractor documentation for compliance with the approved design.
- Attend site visits and inspections to verify installations follow approved plans and quality standards.
- Track technical issues, maintain project records, and contribute to reports and presentations for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a closely related discipline) from an accredited institution.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical/HVAC design or building services engineering.
- Solid working knowledge of HVAC and domestic hot water system design, including load calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing performed independently.
- Proficiency in reading and producing engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications; hands-on experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit required.
- Familiarity with relevant mechanical building codes, standards, and safety regulations, with an interest in energy efficiency and sustainable design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate professionally with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on-site and participate in site inspections and construction coordination
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our construction team. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and supervision of mechanical works across construction projects, ensuring that all activities are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Responsibilities
Review and interpret mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and MEP drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Supervise and coordinate the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems at project sites.
Ensure that mechanical works are executed in accordance with approved shop drawings, method statements, specifications, and applicable codes and standards.
Coordinate mechanical works with civil, electrical, architectural, and other disciplines to avoid clashes and delays.
Monitor subcontractors and mechanical teams to ensure proper execution and compliance with project requirements.
Prepare and review material submittals, technical submissions, RFIs, method statements, and inspection requests.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure that works meet the required quality standards.
Monitor project progress and ensure that mechanical activities are completed within the approved schedule.
Identify technical issues, site constraints, and potential delays, and propose appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management teams regarding mechanical works.
Review quantities, material requirements, and equipment specifications.
Assist in the preparation and review of BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates when required.
Ensure that all mechanical materials and equipment delivered to site comply with approved specifications.
Follow up on testing, commissioning, balancing, and handover of mechanical systems.
Prepare progress reports, inspection reports, and other required project documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
Participate in project meetings and provide technical input on mechanical-related matters.
Support the Project Manager in resolving technical and construction-related issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
3–7 years of relevant experience in construction, contracting, or MEP projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems.
Good understanding of construction methods, specifications, and applicable codes and standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings.
Experience in site supervision and coordination with subcontractors and consultants.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Description

Aspire Software is looking for an AI engineer to join our team in Lebanon.

Here is a little window into our company: Aspire Software operates and manages wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.

About the job

This is a builder role for someone obsessed with what agents can actually do in production. You'll design and ship autonomous AI systems that operate inside the Polygon marketplace — agents that understand jewelry listings, assist buyers and sellers, surface intelligence across decades of trade data, and automate workflows that have been manual for forty years. You won't just be wiring up LLM calls. You'll be designing agentic systems end-to-end: tool definitions, planning loops, memory, evals, guardrails, observability, and the product surfaces that put these capabilities in front of real users.

Key responsibilities

Design and build agentic systems that power core marketplace experiences — listing intelligence, semantic and multi-step search, buyer/seller assistants, trade matching, content moderation, and market analytics

Architect tool-using agents with reliable planning, execution, and recovery

Build the supporting infrastructure: RAG pipelines, vector search, evals, prompt management, traceability, and cost/latency monitoring

Partner with product and design to translate agentic capabilities into UX that members actually use and trust

Establish patterns and primitives so the rest of the engineering team can ship agent-powered features confidently

Stay on the frontier — evaluate new models, frameworks, and techniques and bring the ones that matter into production

Requirements

3 - 5 years of experience

Production experience building agentic systems with LLMs — not just chat wrappers, but agents that plan, use tools, and complete multi-step tasks

Deep familiarity with at least one major LLM API (Anthropic, OpenAI, or equivalent), including tool use / function calling, structured outputs, and streaming

Experience designing and running evals for non-deterministic systems

Strong software engineering fundamentals — TypeScript/Python, modern web stack, API design

Pragmatic judgment about when to use agents, when to use simpler pipelines, and when not to use AI at all
