<p>Our client is seeking a skilled Data Security & Compliance Specialist to lead the implementation of data security, classification, retention, and governance policies using Microsoft Purview for customers across the MEA region. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of focused experience in the data security field, including a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, specifically in Data Loss Prevention, Data Classification, Cloud Access Security Broker, and governance capabilities such as retention policies, Insider Risk Management, and Records Management. </p><br>
<p>This role involves overseeing at least one team member, with potential for expanded leadership responsibilities. <ul><li> Design, implement, and optimize data security solutions using Microsoft Purview or other leading DLP and data governance tools.</li><li>Develop and enforce DLP, Insider Risk Management, DSPM for AI and CASB policies to prevent unauthorized data access and ensure compliance.</li><li>Implement data classification and labelling strategies to enhance data protection.</li><li>Define and manage data retention policies in alignment with regulatory and business requirements.</li><li>Deploy and manage AIP on-premises scanner to classify and protect on-premises data.</li><li>Integrate CASB with on-premises firewalls to strengthen security controls and enhance visibility into both cloud and on-premises environments.</li><li>Lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Priva and Microsoft Purview Data Map.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as GDPR, NCA, and ISO 27001.</li><li>Support Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) initiatives by assessing risks, monitoring data flows, and optimizing security policies to enhance data visibility, governance, and protection.</li><li>Build templates and automation for Data Security & Governance Implementation, ensuring consistency and efficiency in deployments.</li><li>Automate policy deployments and security configurations using available methods such as PowerShell, APIs, and Microsoft Security & Compliance tools.</li><li>Deploy MDM, MAM, and Conditional Access policies to address security gaps and enhance access controls.</li><li>Oversee the implementation of security-related projects, from initial scoping to post-deployment support, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.</li><li>Develop High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) for project implementation, assess customer environments, and create RFIs and IRLs as needed.</li></ul>
<p><strong>2. Monitoring, Incident Response, and Optimization:</strong></p><br>
<ul><li> Monitor and respond to data security incidents, ensuring proper investigation and resolution.</li><li>Analyze data security risks and implement best practices to mitigate threats.</li><li>Optimize security policies and controls based on evolving business needs.</li></ul>
<p><strong>3. Team Supervision & Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong></p><br>
<ul><li> Supervise at least two team members, with potential for increased leadership responsibilities.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams and customers to align security policies with business objectives and ensure seamless implementation.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously enhance security posture and governance policies in response to evolving business needs.</li><li>Deliver end-user and administrator workshops to ensure proper understanding and adoption of data security, classification, governance policies, and compliance tools.</li></ul>
<p><strong>4. Documentation & Project Support:</strong></p><br>
<ul><li> Contribute to Scope of Work (SOW) and project scoping, defining clear deliverables and implementation roadmaps.</li><li>Develop and maintain implementation documentation, end-user guides, and administrative manuals to support technology adoption.</li><li>Ensure the availability and functionality of a technical test environment for internal testing and experimentation with new technologies, coordinating maintenance, updates, and enhancements as needed.</li></ul>

<br>- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
<br>- Student: Preparing to enter Grade 3 Elementary
<br>- Objective: Provide intensive one-on-one instruction to help the student successfully pass the Grade 2 Elementary entrance examination.
<br>
<br>Key Responsibilities
<br>
<br>- Deliver daily individualized lessons based on the required curriculum.
<br>- Strengthen the student's skills in Mathematics, Arabic, French, Reading, and Writing.
<br>- Prepare practice exercises and mock entrance examinations.
<br>- Assess the student's progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
<br>- Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
<br>
<br>Qualifications & Requirements
<br>
<br>- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
<br>- Previous experience teaching elementary school students, especially at the primary level.
<br>- Fluent in both Arabic and French (spoken and written).
<br>- Patient, enthusiastic, and committed to helping children succeed.
<br>- Strong communication, teaching, and classroom management skills.

The Lead Teacher helps nurture and develop the knowledge, abilities and social skills of children between the ages of 2 months - 4 years and prepares them for kindergarten and primary school education.
<br>
<br>Key Responsibilities:
<br>• Developing and implementing lessons/work schemes adhering to the KEY system
<br>• Providing a safe and stimulating environment that facilitates learning
<br>• Organizing and supervising play and work activities (for example reading, cooking, music, dancing etc.)
<br>• Liaising with parents/care givers and professionals (if need be) such as counselors, speech therapists and health visitors
<br>• Develop a positive relationship with each child and promote the development of self- esteem and self-discipline
<br>• Observe each child daily to assess skills, interests, and needs and use this information to facilitate learning and growth
<br>• Establish a positive relationship with each child’s family and share information about the child’s day at the nursery
<br>• Participate in staff meetings, nursery activities, events, and professional development sessions
<br>

<br>Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Educational Psychology, Child Psychology or kindergarten Teaching Degree

Job Purpose
<br>Ensuring students’ academic success and supporting them in reaching their full potential by effectively implementing the SABIS® curriculum and philosophy, and by consistently applying the SABIS® teaching methods.
<br>
<br>Key Responsibilities:
<br>Teaching classes using provided lesson plans (may also be asked to develop such plans based on the provided pacing charts as relevant and needed) for assigned subject(s) to ensure proper application of the SABIS® point system.
<br>Marking exams related to the taught subject in accordance with the schedule and material provided by the department.
<br>Discussing student disciplinary and academic performance concerns with the Academic Quality Controller (AQC) and Head of Department (HOD), as needed.
<br>Implementing the SABIS® Point System to ensure an environment conducive to learning in the classroom.
<br>Proctoring exams as required, ensuring an adequate and properly managed test environment.
<br>Providing support, guidance, and motivation to academically low-performing students to help them improve and achieve their full potential.
<br>Developing and/or following up on external exams preparation by going through previous exams as planned in the structured revision schedule, when applicable to specific grade levels.
<br>Assisting with additional school duties as assigned, including testing students, substituting for absent teachers, organizing students for lunches and buses, controlling crowd and traffic, and other administrative tasks.
<br>Preparing and participating in student life activities and events such as but not limited to art, open houses, and physical education, in coordination with the Student Life Coordinator (SLC).
<br>Attending training sessions when needed and as requested by the school management to enhance the understanding of the SABIS® system and improve the overall students’ performance.
<br>Performing other related tasks or projects as they arise and as delegated by the School Management.
<br>Ideal Requirements:
<br>Bachelor’s Degree in Education or in a related field
