<p>Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, we are looking for a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler to lead maintenance planning and scheduling activities at our Indiana facility. As the primary owner of maintenance planning and scheduling, you will play a critical role in improving equipment reliability, maximizing plant uptime, and supporting safe, efficient operations. You will ensure maintenance work is prioritized, planned, and executed effectively while partnering closely with Maintenance, Operations, and external service providers. In this role, you will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, manage work orders in D365, oversee contractor activities, and contribute to reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.</p>
<p>This existing vacancy is a full-time, on-site role working Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm at our Indy plant, with some flexibility to cover other shifts or weekends.</p>

<li>Partner with stakeholders. You will work closely with Maintenance, Operations, and external service providers to align priorities, reduce downtime, and improve overall plant performance.</li>
<li>Manage contractors and compliance. You will oversee contracted services and calibration programs while ensuring compliance with GMP, food safety, and health and safety requirements.</li>
<li>Support reliability and continuous improvement. You will contribute to reliability initiatives, including root cause analysis and FMEA, while helping improve maintenance processes, documentation, and execution.</li>
<li>Monitor performance and inventory support. You will track maintenance KPIs, support CMMS data integrity, and provide backup support for maintenance parts coordination as required.</li>

<h4>What you bring to the role</h4>

<li>The experience. You have experience as a Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Scheduler, or Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment. Experience in food manufacturing or other regulated environments is an asset.</li>

Duties & Responsibilities
<br>• Daily inspection and reporting of production departments.
<br>• Distribute and receive orders from and to the departments regarding machines and their parts.
<br>• Final inspection on the quality of the finished machines according to the type of machine delivered.
<br>• Update manufacturing system according to actual plant work.
<br>• Discuss production work and priorities with the production manager, and communicate them with concerned departments.
<br>• Verify all required documents, and maps for the finished machines before packing them for shipment and deliver them to the warehouse.
<br>• Coordinate and resolve with the production manager plant and production problems.
<br>• Conduct departments and iron inventories, and report it to the appropriate people for necessary action.

Responsibilities:
<br>- Perform electrical maintenance activities across the plant.
<br>- Ensure reliability of filling lines, packaging lines, and utilities.
<br>- Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns to minimize downtime.
<br>- Support automation system; PLCs, sensors and VFDs.
<br>- Monitor and optimize energy consumption.
<br>- Prepare maintenance and root-cause reports.
<br>
<br>Requirements:
<br>- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
<br>- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical maintenance in soft drinks/FMCG manufacturing
