Program TV's and perform general housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties. Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work. Perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping as well as external landscaping sprinklers. Display basic computer skills including inputting air handler schedules and making temperature changes.<br>Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials. <p><h4>Senior-level database administration role</h4>
<p>This is a senior-level database administration role within the NEXtCARE Holding – IT division, reporting to the head of software solutions. The position is responsible for leading the monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's full database portfolio spanning Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior DBAs and driving database architecture decisions aligned with business objectives.</p>
<h4>Core responsibilities</h4>

<li><strong>Database management</strong> — Lead the monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of all databases across Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL environments</li>
<li><strong>Reliability & availability</strong> — Ensure high availability, stability, and data integrity across all environments, including disaster recovery and backup/recovery planning</li>
<li><strong>Architecture & strategy</strong> — Drive database architecture decisions and implement strategic technical solutions that support business objectives</li>
<li><strong>Performance optimization</strong> — Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and optimization to maintain peak database efficiency</li>
<li><strong>Technology evaluation</strong> — Evaluate and recommend new database technologies and tools to keep the organization current and competitive</li>
<li><strong>Team leadership</strong> — Mentor and develop junior DBAs, promote best practices, and provide technical leadership across the team</li>
<li><strong>Collaboration</strong> — Coordinate with development teams, external vendors, and various internal and external entities</li>
