<p>JOB TITLE : Safeguarding Coordinator LOCATION : Beirut based with regular travel to Mount Lebanon, North (T5 and Akkar), Bekaa (North, West and Central), and South ORGANIZATION PURPOSE: ABAAD aims at achieving gender equality as an essential condition to sustainable social and economic development in the MENA region. ABAAD has a proven record in working in addressing GBV in emergency settings. JOB PURPOSE: The role of the Safeguarding Coordinator is to oversee the development, implementation, and effectiveness of ABAAD s safeguarding systems across all programs and operations. This role aims to ensure the prevention of and response to sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), and all other forms of misconduct, while strengthening accountability to affected populations (AAP) and promoting a culture of safety, ethics, and accountability. Reporting Lines: • Position Reports to: Director • Position directly supervises: Safeguarding Officer KEY RESPONSABILITIES: • Develop, strengthen, and monitor effective safeguarding systems across ABAAD, including policies, procedures, reporting mechanisms, and risk mitigation measures. • Ensure safeguarding policies are aligned with international best practices, donor requirements, and inter-agency standards. • Support the institutionalization of safeguarding across programs, operations, HR, and partnerships. • Provide technical guidance to management and staff on safeguarding risk management. • Design and deliver context-specific safeguarding, PSEA, and AAP trainings for staff, volunteers, consultants, and partners. • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to internal teams and partners to strengthen safeguarding capacity. • Conduct regular field visits for monitoring, technical support, consultation, and follow-up. • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of ABAAD s safeguarding workplan across all field locations. • Oversee and strengthen ABAAD s Complaints, Feedback, and Response Mechanism (CFRM), ensuring they are accessible, confidential, and survivor-centered. • Produce regular analytical reports (monthly, semi-annual, and annual) with clear recommendations for management action. • Lead safeguarding investigations, ensuring survivor-centered, confidential, and impartial processes and maintaining accurate case documentation and evidence management. • Ensure safe referrals and coordination with internal and external support services, as appropriate. • Actively participate in PSEA Network meetings, AAP Working group, working groups, and inter-agency safeguarding initiatives at national and sub-national levels. • Serve as the organizational focal point for CHS, ensuring ABAAD s safeguarding, accountability, and quality systems are aligned with CHS commitments, and coordinating CHS self-assessments and follow-up actions. • Supervise and provide technical guidance to the Safeguarding Officer. To mitigate the risks of a collapse of national public institutions, UNDP prioritizes the critical continuation of formal security services at community level by consolidating and strengthening the frontline stabilization role of the Internal Security Forces (ISF Lebanon s national police force). The effective functioning of the ISF is critical to ensuring public order, promoting smooth movement of populations, and enforcing eventual restrictions or securing of certain sites. ISF s visible presence and service delivery significantly contributes to creating a safer, more inclusive and stable environment. In order to support the continued provision of formal security services, the ISF must ensure its physical presence on field as frontline responders. As part of its efforts within this context, UNDP procured the installation of spare and labour for 35 ISF Nissan cars. Under these efforts, UNDP seeks to recruit a consultant to oversee and coordinate the procured installation of spare and labour for the 35 ISF Nissan cars. SCOPE OF WORK, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPOSED ANALYTICAL WORK Under the guidance and supervision of the Rule of Law and Governance Chief Technical Advisor/ Project Officer, and in line with the ISF technical standards, and taking into account and complementing previous and ongoing UNDP led efforts the key responsibilities and scope of work include, but are not limited to, the following workstreams: 1. Oversight on the authenticity of the spare parts installed. The Consultant must ensure and confirm to UNDP that all installed spare parts are authentic and exclusive Nissan Spare Parts 2. Oversight of the technical compliance of the installed spare parts and labour Based on their expertise, the Consultant must ensure technical compliance and craftsmanship of the installed spare parts and the procured labour. 3. Coordination with the UNDP and reporting on the authenticity and compliance of spare parts and labour The Consultant must report to UNDP compliance and authenticity or lack thereof of the installed spare parts and the attached labour. The Consultant must flag to UNDP any wrongdoings or unauthentic/ used parts installed. EXPECTED OUTPUTS AND DELIVERABLES The consultant is expected to complete the above tasks and activities, noting that the total duration should not exceed 1 month with 18 working days per month. INSTITUTIONAL ARRANGEMENTS • The consultant will work under the overall guidance of the Governance and Rule of Law Chief Technical Advisor/ Project Officer. • The title rights, copyrights and all other rights whatsoever nature in any material produced under the provisions of this TOR will be vested exclusively in UNDP. UNDP has full ownership of the activity and of its final product. Thus, any public mention (including through social media) about the activity should state clearly that ownership. In addition, any public appearance related to the activity should be coordinated and approved by UNDP. • UNDP will be responsible for providing the contractor with all necessary materials related to the project in a timely, thorough, and transparent manner. UNDP will be also responsible for providing clarifications and facilitation of work. • The consultant shall rely on his/her own means of communication and shall commute from/to place of residence to duty station at his own expense. DURATION OF WORK The assigned duration for this consultancy is one month with 18 working days per month. The mission is expected to commence immediately and to be completed by 20 September 2026, the latest. The time needed to review/ comment/ approve deliverables and outputs is (5) five working days. DUTY STATION The assignment is based at the RYMCO service center in Beirut with occasional meetings at UNDP offices if need be. Standard Minimum Qualifications Education • A High School Degree is Required. • At least 2 years of experience in mechanical/ car parts installation related fields Language: Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory (both oral and written) The Personnel will be covered with Health insurance and Personal accident insurance; the fees shall be deducted from personnel's monthly payment . Position Summary
<br>The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the company’s international expansion by leveraging an existing network of distributors, importers, wholesalers, retail chains, and food industry partners across global markets.
<br>The successful candidate is expected to generate immediate business opportunities through established commercial relationships and a proven export sales track record. The role requires a highly motivated professional capable of identifying new markets, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing export sales across multiple regions.
<br>While the company maintains a strong and well-established presence in European markets, priority will be given to candidates with active business networks and market access in the GCC, Africa, North America, South America, Australia and Asia.
<br>This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

<br>Key Responsibilities
<br>• Develop and implement export sales strategies to expand the company’s international market presence.
<br>• Utilize existing relationships and professional networks to generate immediate business opportunities.
<br>• Identify, approach, negotiate, and secure new distributors, importers, wholesalers, supermarket chains, and key accounts worldwide.
<br>• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
<br>• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company’s export growth objectives.
<br>• Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with international customers and business partners.
<br>• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging business opportunities.
<br>• Coordinate closely with production, logistics, quality assurance, and finance departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
<br>• Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, customer meetings, and industry events.
<br>• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence directly to the CEO.
<br>• Contribute to the development of new export markets and expansion strategies.

<br>Candidate Profile
<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field is required.
<br>• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in export sales, preferably within the food, FMCG, spices, tahina, halva, or related sectors.
<br>• Possesses an active and transferable portfolio of international customers, distributors, importers, wholesalers, supermarket chains, or food service accounts.
<br>• Demonstrated ability to generate export sales through existing business relationships and industry connections.
<br>• Strong network and market knowledge across GCC countries, Africa, North America, South America, and Asia are highly preferred.
<br>• Existing European market experience is welcomed; however, priority will be given to candidates capable of expanding the company’s presence in underdeveloped or emerging export markets.
<br>• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
<br>• Strong commercial acumen and results-oriented mindset.
<br>• Self-driven, highly motivated, and capable of working independently.
<br>• Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required.
<br>• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic and additional languages are considered an advantage
