It is key to the Organization's ability to reach the peoples of the world and to share the United Nations story with them in their own languages. You will work closely with leaders across Maintenance and Operations, influence equipment reliability and plant performance, and help strengthen maintenance processes and systems in a highly collaborative environment.</p>
<h4>What you will do</h4>

<li>Plan and coordinate maintenance activities. You will manage maintenance planning and scheduling in D365, prioritize work requests, build job plans, and maintain the Master Maintenance Schedule to support safe and efficient maintenance execution.</li>
<li>Partner with stakeholders. You will work closely with Maintenance, Operations, and external service providers to align priorities, reduce downtime, and improve overall plant performance.</li>
<li>Manage contractors and compliance. You will oversee contracted services and calibration programs while ensuring compliance with GMP, food safety, and health and safety requirements.</li>
<li>Support reliability and continuous improvement. You will contribute to reliability initiatives, including root cause analysis and FMEA, while helping improve maintenance processes, documentation, and execution.</li>
<li>Monitor performance and inventory support. You will track maintenance KPIs, support CMMS data integrity, and provide backup support for maintenance parts coordination as required.</li>

<h4>What you bring to the role</h4>

<li>The experience. You have experience as a Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Scheduler, or Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment. Experience in food manufacturing or other regulated environments is an asset.</li>
