<p>Lead and manage all engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all hotel facilities and equipment. Ensure the efficient operation of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire and life safety systems. Maintain compliance with local regulations, health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Plan, manage, and oversee renovation projects and capital expenditure (CAPEX) initiatives. Monitor utility consumption and implement energy conservation and sustainability initiatives. Prepare and manage the departmental budget, forecasts, and maintenance expenses. Build and maintain effective relationships with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities. Ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests to support smooth hotel operations.
