Aspire Software is looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our team in Lebanon.
Here is a little window into our company: Aspire Software operates and manages wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals.
By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.
About the Job: You will work closely with our Senior Integrations Engineer and within the Platform, Data and Security function, collaborating directly with external technical partners, internal product and engineering teams, and a codebase that spans modern TypeScript microservices and a mature .
NET API. Critically, you will be expected to use AI-enabled development workflows not as a productivity shortcut but as a genuine engineering methodology: taking loosely defined integration requirements and using Claude Code and agentic tooling to plan, refine, and deliver production-quality outcomes.
If you want to build things that matter, work in an environment that is serious about AI-native engineering, and grow your skills across a genuinely interesting technical domain, this is the role.
Key responsibilities Integration design and delivery Design, build, and maintain integrations between the NBI platform and third-party systems including POS providers, payment processors, CRM platforms, and marketing tools, using the target TypeScript and AWS Lambda microservices stack.
Own the full integration lifecycle for assigned partners: technical discovery, API contract design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing reliability monitoring.
Work within our existing .
NET and SQL-based integration layer where required, reading and understanding legacy implementations to inform refactoring, extend capability, or resolve production issues without introducing regression.
Ensure all integrations are built to be robust, observable, and maintainable, with appropriate error handling, retry logic, and alerting in place from the start.
Technical partner engagement Engage directly with third-party technical teams to understand API contracts, negotiate integration approaches, and resolve ambiguities during implementation.
Represent NBI professionally in technical discussions with external partners, translating business requirements into clear integration specifications and surfacing risks or constraints early.
Document integration contracts, data flows, and operational runbooks clearly, ensuring the team can support and extend integrations beyond the initial build.
AI-enabled engineering and delivery quality Use Claude Code and agentic AI workflows as a core part of how you work: from decomposing a loosely defined integration requirement into a structured delivery plan, through scaffolding, iterative refinement, and test generation, to final production-ready output.
Apply strong engineering judgement to AI-generated output; you know how to verify correctness at integration boundaries, catch hallucinated API behaviour, and hold quality standards even when AI tooling is doing a large share of the drafting.
Contribute to the team's evolving norms around AI-augmented engineering: what works, what does not, where human judgement is non-negotiable, and how to structure tasks for reliable AIassisted execution.
Work within the Shape Up delivery model, engaging with pitches during shaping, committing to delivery within cycle, and surfacing scope or complexity concerns proactively rather than after the fact.
Collaborate closely with the QA function to ensure integrations are testable, with agreed acceptance criteria, contract tests, and monitoring in place before delivery is considered complete.
Use Linear, Notion, and GitLab as standard tooling across work tracking, documentation, and CI/CD.
About you You are an engineer who takes integration work seriously as a discipline, not just plumbing between systems.
You understand that the quality of an integration shows up in production at the worst possible moment, so you build with reliability and observability in mind from the start.
You are comfortable working across both modern serverless architectures and legacy codebases, and you communicate clearly enough with technical partners to get integrations right the first time rather than the third.
Equally important: you are an experienced practitioner of AI-native engineering.
You do not use Claude Code to autocomplete lines of code.
You use it to think through an approach, decompose ambiguous requirements into executable steps, generate and iterate on implementation, and produce output you are prepared to own and defend.
You have enough experience with agentic workflows to know their limits, and enough engineering rigour to close the gap where they fall short.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; able to engage with technical partners and internal teams across time zones with clarity and professionalism Strong commercial experience building and maintaining third-party integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven patterns Solid Node.
js and TypeScript development experience, with the ability to build production-quality backend services and integrations independently Ability to read, understand, and work within a .
NET / C# codebase; you do not need to be a .
NET specialist, but you cannot be blocked by one Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases; comfortable writing and reviewing queries, understanding data access patterns, and reasoning about integration data flows Demonstrated experience using Claude Code or equivalent agentic AI tooling as a core part of your engineering workflow; able to take a loosely defined capability, structure it into a delivery plan using AI, and drive it through to production-quality output with appropriate verification at each stage Strong engineering judgement when working with AI-generated code; you know what to trust, what to verify, and what to rewrite, particularly at API boundaries and in integration-critical paths.
Strong attention to detail in API contract design, error handling, and edge-case coverage; integrations you build do not silently fail Highly desirable Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architectures, including event-driven patterns and infrastructure-as-code tooling such as Terraform Experience integrating with POS systems, payment processors, or hospitality platforms in a commercial environment Familiarity with AI agent orchestration, prompt engineering for code generation tasks, and context management in multi-step agentic workflows Familiarity with observability tooling (Datadog or equivalent) for monitoring integration health, alerting on failures, and diagnosing production issues Experience working in Linear, Notion, and GitLab as a day-to-day engineering toolchain Experience working in Shape Up, Kanban, or other non-sprint delivery models with a strong sense of personal delivery accountability Exposure to multi-region or multi-market SaaS environments, where integration behaviour may vary by geography or partner configuration What's in it for you You will be working on integrations that restaurant operators depend on every day, at a moment when the team is actively rebuilding how those integrations work.
The shift from a complex legacy integration layer to a modern, event-driven microservices architecture is a genuine technical problem, and you will have real ownership of meaningful parts of it.
The work spans new partner onboarding into North America, the modernisation of existing POS and payment integrations, and an engineering culture that treats AI-native delivery as a first-class discipline.
If you want to grow your skills across serverless architecture, integration design, and agentic engineering on a platform that touches tens of thousands of venues, you will find genuine scope to do that here.
Why join us A team built on genuine care for the people we work with and the customers we serve.
We work remotely, we hold each other to a high standard, and we are committed to building a team that reflects the diversity of the communities and industries we serve.
We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds.

As Proximie continues to turn every activity and event in the operating room into comprehensive, structured, and context-rich data that drives better insights and decision making, you will be the engineer who makes that intelligence dependable at scale. Using your deep technical expertise and real-world production experience, you will own the platform and the infrastructure that carry our machine learning solutions out of development and into hundreds of live hospitals, and keep them performing once they are there. Our machine learning engineers own the models. You own everything that gets those models in front of a customer and keeps them running: the training and deployment infrastructure on AWS and SageMaker, reproducible and configuration-driven training runs, environments defined in code, release pipelines that make a deployment routine rather than an event, and the monitoring that tells us when a model's behaviour shifts in a theatre on the other side of the world. You will make the difference between a solution that works and a solution a hospital can depend on. This is a commercial team, and the work is grounded in real operational problems rather than internal roadmaps. The role demands precision, judgement and a deep understanding of how machine learning behaves in production, at scale, in environments that do not forgive downtime. If you are excited by complex problems with life-changing impact and want to build the systems that get technology like this into the most critical environments in healthcare, we would love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

Take models built by the machine learning engineers / scientists and turn them into production services that meet our latency, cost and reliability targets.

Build and maintain SageMaker training, processing and inference workloads, and the pipelines that orchestrate them.

Make training runs reproducible and configuration-driven, so any result can be rebuilt from code.

Build monitoring for model performance, data drift and system health, and make sure the right people are alerted when something moves.

Ship infrastructure through code review rather than the console, using Terraform and a proper pull-request workflow.

Document what you build and raise the engineering standard around you.

Desired Candidate Profile

Expert Python, with deep hands-on PyTorch experience (TensorFlow also welcome) and the surrounding ecosystem: Hugging Face Transformers, timm, scikit-learn, NumPy, pandas, OpenCV.

Production experience on AWS, specifically Amazon SageMaker: training and processing jobs, pipelines, model registry, endpoints.

Practical MLOps: experiment tracking and model versioning with MLflow, hyperparameter optimisation, and reproducible, configuration-driven training runs.

Containerisation and infrastructure as code: Docker and CUDA-based GPU images, plus enough Terraform to ship your own model to an environment through code review rather than a console.

Strong software engineering fundamentals: Git and pull-request workflow, automated testing, CI/CD.

Able to explain technical trade-offs clearly to people who are not engineers.

Desirable

Event-driven and streaming architectures on AWS: Step Functions, Lambda, Kinesis, ECS, DynamoDB.

Model monitoring in production: inference logging and drift detection.

Exposure to healthcare, medical devices or another regulated industry.

GMP Compliance:

Documentation:

Retain records in accordance with approved procedures, GMP, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, ISO 15378:2017.

Write processes and procedures related to regulatory affairs department.

Archive all regulatory documentation including submissions and approvals in accordance with policies.

Update the registration list and status for all products.

Regulatory Affairs activities:

Carry out all actions in accordance with written procedures and, where necessary, recorded.

Comply with the global strategy and objectives of the general management and organization.

Ensure that SP products comply with the Registration regulations of Lebanon.

Develop registration applications (Pharmaceutical and Pharmaceutical-Like) to be submitted locally and internationally.

Submit new registration applications and follow up on the appropriate licensing and regulatory compliance of pharmaceutical and/or medical products.

Collaborate with concerned internal departments to continuously develop the portfolio to meet local needs and ensure profit and growth to the company.

Develop professional relationships with governmental staff.

Apply for trademark s registration at the Ministry of Economy & Trade.

Ensure that all regulatory aspects of the applications at the Ministries level and other Governmental institutions are met within the requested time frame.

Attend authorities inspection of plant and premises.

Ensure timely Marketing Authorization Approval of the products submitted for registration.

Submit variations and pricing applications to the Ministry of Public Health and make the necessary follow-up till final approval.

Apply for the introduction of products in Hospitals and other institutions and make the necessary follow up till approval.

Apply for the expansion of the manufacturing site and any related division and follow up till approval and permit issuance

Apply for the certification and renewal of certification of the manufacturing site and follow up till approval and certificate issuance

Ensure compliance of the New Submission dossiers towards Export registration guidelines, and ensure proper dispatch to the concerned distributors in all countries, including communication to receiver and preparation of samples.

Actively follow up on registration development / applications status (through distributors and directly) till review of the applications and their final approval.

Inter-departmental tasks:

Procurement: Assist in the clearance of goods through the control of shipping documents prior to their submission to Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) and through due follow up with the MOH when needed.

ISO Compliance:

Report on the performance and opportunities for improvement of regulatory affairs process by monitoring achievement of its quality objectives and performance indicators.

Participate in management reviews of process performance, product quality and of the quality management system and advocating continual improvement.

Management:

Assure attainment of business objectives.

Ensure that a timely and effective communication and escalation process exists to raise quality issues to the appropriate levels of management.

Work closely with technical team (QC, QA& Production) on new investments, researches and documents preparation for products registration in potential countries.

Others:

Accept and work any task related to regulatory affairs activity required by the Operations and Technical Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

Fresh Graduate.
