We’re seeking a frontend engineer to help us with our enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform built exclusively for the jewelry industry.

<br>Our ideal candidate has a firm understanding of web development and frameworks. You’ll be joining a small team working at the forefront of new technology and ultimately deliver amazing global user experiences.
<br>
<br>What you’ll do
<br>
<br>Work primarily in Typescript, and Angular (2+)
<br>Develop visually appealing front end website architecture, including translating designer mock-ups and wireframes into front-end applications and code
<br>Ensure that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are being considered when architecting solutions.
<br>
<br>Keep job knowledge up-to-date by studying new development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; maintaining personal and professional networks;
<br>
<br>Build highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth
<br>
<br>Develop new features in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements
<br>Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities
<br>
<br>Prepare and maintain end user and administrative and technical documentation
<br>
<br>Understand, analyze, and implement business needs, feature modification requests, and convert them into software components
<br>
<br>Provide ideas for innovation in development, performance improvements, process improvement and testing
<br>
<br>Develop cross-platform software products for use on web, tablet, and mobile
<br>
<br>Own medium-to-large-sized features from technical design through completion
<br>Write clean, correct code incorporating feedback from code reviews; consistently follow best practices
<br>
<br>Provide helpful and clear feedback to peers in code reviews
<br>
<br>Make well-reasoned design decisions, recognizing tradeoffs and considering priorities
<br>Understand the product vision - including the business area, customer personas, and priorities
<br>Empathize with users and use that empathy to guide decision-making
<br>Regularly communicate with the team members, participate in status meetings, code reviews and design and brainstorming sessions
<br>Debug, fix, and improve existing software
<br>Help write new design patterns, improve and adapt existing design component integration
<br>Able to interpret and follow requirements and be comfortable raising questions or issues with proposed solutions or a clear path to gaining a solution
<br>
<br>Requirements
<br>Should have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Angular
<br>Proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript, Typescript, CSS, Angular Material and HTML5
<br>Good knowledge in creating reusable, scalable, extensible, and testable modules, components, and libraries
<br>Good to have Ag-Grid, Angular Material knowledge
<br>Experience utilizing Source code control software (Git, Jenkins)
<br>GIT experience submitting pull requests and reviewing/approving pull requests
<br>An understanding of programming fundamentals (Object Oriented Programming, data structures, algorithms, client-server application architecture)
<br>Knowledge of how to use RESTful APIs
<br>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
<br>Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
<br>Ability to understand end-user needs and user experience
<br>Writing efficient, reusable, testable, and scalable code
<br>Fluent in English
<br>
<br>Preferred qualifications
<br>Interest in in learning new tools, languages, workflows, and philosophies to grow
<br>Strong design and interpretations skills, including the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and effective user interfaces
<br>Persistent in the face of roadblocks; dispatch them efficiently, pulling in others as necessary, all while requiring minimal direction/oversight
<br>Good understanding of responsive web design best practices and web performance optimization techniques
