<p>Job Duties:<br> - Prepare orders and deliver to delivery and reception supervisor every morning and sometimes afternoon in case any truck comes early<br> - Follow up the cleanliness of the warehouse daily<br> - Prepare list of items needed to warehouse in order to have full quantities to avoid any missing products needed to preparation<br> - Checkup dates of products needed to be loaded by FIFO<br> - Prepare Cash van inventory every 2 weeks for four drivers <br> - Prepare Near expiry and surplus drivers inventory weekly and send it by mail to accounting department<br> - Prepare Local inventory by counting all items existing in the warehouse monthly in the low season and yearly at the end of each year<br> - Received returns from warehouse keeper and distribute to the right place<br> - Check goods needed to be repaired with changing boxes and cartons <br> - Fix boxes and repair offers to be able to be sent to market<br> - Follow up damaged products from porters and check if we can fix</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years' experience in similar position</li><li>Basic Computer skills</li></ul>

Share previous day challenges with Sales Supervisor to get orientation and needed corrective measures on top of needed data (statement of account, etc.) <br>- Settle all collected payments at the Cashier <br>- Ensure stand replenishment from customer stock <br>- Run inventory and propose order to buyer accordingly <br>- Ensure the availability of the Must Stock List (MSL) once available <br>- Communicate offers and special promotions to up-sell the needed quantities, maximize the sales order achieve and exceed sales target when possible; <br>- Increase sales turnover by selecting prime or strategic locations and use POSM to emphasize products visibility <br>- Remove all perishable items from display and customer stock and fill the related Return Form <br>- Ensure that all new SKUs and promotions are listed on within set time frame as per Manager Instructions and company policy <br>- Develop proper relations and rapport with Customers and maintain related satisfaction, through follow up on complaints, requests & Order Delivery within set deadline <br> <br> <br>The candidate must have a Public Driving License 10 Ton
