<br>We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer specializing in infrastructure to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing, designing, and executing large-scale infrastructure projects. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, adhering to quality standards, budgets, and timelines.

<br>Key Responsibilities

<br>Project Management & Execution: Oversee the planning, design, and construction of infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, drainage systems, water supply networks, and earthworks.
<br>

<br>Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, and resolve any technical issues that arise during construction.
<br>
<br>•
<br>Design & Analysis: Review and validate engineering drawings, structural calculations, and technical specifications provided by consultants or internal teams.
<br>
<br>•
<br>Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure all construction activities comply with local and international engineering standards, health, and safety regulations.
<br>
<br>•
<br>Resource Management: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure optimal allocation of materials and resources.
<br>
<br>•
<br>Reporting: Prepare comprehensive project progress reports, risk assessments, and cost estimates for senior management and stakeholders.
<br>
<br>•
<br>Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with local authorities, clients, and cross-functional teams to secure necessary permits and ensure smooth project execution.

<br>Qualifications & Requirements

<br>Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. A

<br>•
<br>Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on heavy infrastructure projects.
<br>
<br>•
<br>African Experience: Previous work experience on infrastructure projects in Africa is highly preferred.
<br>
<br>•
<br>Technical Skills: Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project,

<br>Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction materials, methods, and project lifecycle management.
<br>
<br>•
<br>Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication skills to effectively manage multicultural teams.
