<br>* معرفة جيدة بمواد التنظيف والمعدات وأساليب استخدامها الآمن.
<br>* القدرة على تدريب العمال الجدد ومراقبة جودة أدائهم.
<br>* شخصية قيادية، حازمة، منظمة وقادرة على حل المشكلات الميدانية.
<br>* القدرة على إعداد التقارير اليومية والتواصل مع الإدارة والعملاء.
<br>* الاستعداد للتنقل بين مواقع العمل داخل بيروت.

<br>**المهام والمسؤوليات:**

<br>* الإشراف اليومي على فرق النظافة في مواقع العملاء.
<br>* توزيع العمال والمهام ومتابعة تنفيذ خطة العمل.
<br>* إجراء جولات تفتيش والتأكد من الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والنظافة.
<br>* متابعة الحضور والغياب والتأخير وتقديم التقارير للإدارة.
<br>* مراقبة استهلاك مواد ومستلزمات التنظيف وطلب النواقص.
<br>* متابعة سلامة المعدات والمحافظة عليها.
<br>* استقبال ملاحظات العملاء ومعالجتها بسرعة ومهنية.
<br>* تغطية حالات الطوارئ والنقص في المواقع عند الحاجة.
<br>* قيادة سيارة الشركة والتنقل بين المواقع بحسب متطلبات العمل.
