Description

Aspire Software is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (AI) to join our team in Lebanon.

Here is a little window into our company: Aspire Software operates and manages wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.

About the role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer (AI), you embed directly with our businesses to design and ship AI-powered solutions against real, often messy, problems. You'll move between companies and domains — building a retrieval pipeline for one business one month, standing up an agent workflow for another the next. You own problems end to end: understand the domain, scope the solution, build it, and get it into production.

This is fundamentally a builder's role. We care far more about whether you can turn a problem into working software with modern AI tooling than about the title you held before. That means we're open to two kinds of people: experienced software developers, and senior product managers (or others from a product background) who have the technical know-how to actually build things themselves. If you can ship, and you're fluent with AI tooling, the lane you came from matters less than what you can do with it.

Why this role is different

Hard problems, real impact. The projects are demanding and technically ambitious — you'll work at the frontier of what current AI tooling makes possible, on systems people actually depend on.

Breadth no single company can offer. Across finance, logistics, education, government, and automotive, you'll see a far wider range of problems, data, and constraints than you would inside one product — and get sharp at recognizing patterns across all of them.

Latest tools, encouraged. We expect you to use the best available AI development tools and to push them hard. Experimentation is part of the job, not a side project.

Genuinely generous with tooling. This is one of the real perks of the role. Our leadership structure lets us purchase tools quickly, and we're open about which AI toolsets you use — if a tool will make you faster or better, we'll get it for you without a drawn-out approval process.

Autonomy. You're trusted to go deep into a business, figure out what's worth building, and ship it.

What you'll do

Embed with portfolio businesses to identify, scope, and build AI-powered solutions to high-value problems.

Design and build RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pipelines and agentic systems that integrate with each business's data and workflows.

Integrate large language models via APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI/GPT, and others) into production applications.

Use AI-native development tools (Cursor, Claude, Windsurf) and automation platforms (n8n and similar) to build and ship quickly.

Take projects from problem framing through to deployed, maintainable software.

Move fluidly between business domains, ramping up fast on unfamiliar industries and codebases.

Requirements

The non-negotiable is that you can build. Beyond that, we recognize two paths into this role:

Senior software developers — you've built and shipped real systems and can operate independently. (In rare cases we'll consider a less experienced developer who is exceptionally strong with AI tooling, but senior experience is the norm.)

Senior product managers / product backgrounds — you've worked in a product or product-management role and have the genuine technical know-how to build things yourself, not just spec them. If you can take a problem and ship a working AI-powered solution, your product instincts are a real asset here.

Whichever path you come from, we also expect:

Hands-on experience with AI-native tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Windsurf, and a genuine interest in AI more broadly.

Comfort integrating AI APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, and others) into real applications.

The ability to own ambiguous problems end to end and ship.

Adaptability — you enjoy jumping into new domains and getting productive quickly.

Nice to have

Experience building RAG pipelines in production.

Experience building agents / agentic workflows.

Familiarity with n8n or similar automation / orchestration platforms.

Exposure to any of our verticals: finance, logistics, education, government, or automotive.

Tools & technologies you'll work with

Anthropic Claude · OpenAI/GPT · Cursor · Windsurf · RAG pipelines · AI agents · n8n · LLM APIs

Description

Aspire Software is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lebanon.

Role overview

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Support Specialist (Level 1 / Level 2) to provide end-to-end technical support for a member management, dues collection, and dispatch platform used by trade unions across the United States. The application is built on a Microsoft Access front end installed on client systems, backed by a SQL Server database. This is a blended support and maintenance role: the work is primarily support-focused — diagnosing and resolving client-reported issues — but the successful candidate will be comfortable reading, modifying, and testing code (SQL, VBA, and legacy application logic) to resolve defects directly rather than simply triaging and escalating. The role replaces developer capacity on the team, so the emphasis is on bug fixes, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance rather than net-new feature development.

Key responsibilities

Own client-reported issues end to end — from intake and triage through diagnosis, resolution, testing, and closure.

Provide both Level 1 (frontline troubleshooting) and Level 2 (deeper technical diagnosis and remediation) support.

Remotely access client systems (via remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Zoom) to investigate and resolve issues.

Diagnose and fix defects in the application, including reading and modifying VBA scripts, Access forms/queries/modules, and SQL Server objects (queries, stored procedures, views).

Write, modify, and test SQL to investigate data issues, correct records, and validate fixes against the SQL Server back end.

Troubleshoot application functionality, connectivity, configuration, and data-integrity problems in a Microsoft Access / SQL Server environment.

Reproduce reported bugs, identify root cause, implement fixes, and verify resolution before returning to the client.

Escalate genuinely complex or architectural issues to senior engineers, with clear documentation of steps taken and findings.

Document resolutions, maintain support logs, and contribute to the internal knowledge base to reduce recurrence.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in IT technical support, application support, or a technical helpdesk role.

Fluency in English — strong written and verbal communication, sufficient for direct interaction with a North American client base.

Good SQL skills — able to read, write, modify, and test SQL queries against SQL Server (SELECT, joins, filtering, and basic data correction).

Ability to debug Microsoft applications and legacy tech stacks, including Microsoft Access and VBA scripting — able to read, understand, and modify existing code to resolve defects.

Strong understanding of Windows environments and desktop application troubleshooting.

Familiarity with remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Zoom) for supporting client systems.

Availability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, aligned to the North American client base.

Ability to work independently, manage a queue of issues, and follow escalation procedures.

Preferred skills

Experience supporting or maintaining Microsoft Access applications with a SQL Server back end.

Working knowledge of SQL Server administration concepts (stored procedures, views, indexing, backups).

Prior experience in a software support / bug-fix / maintenance capacity as opposed to pure feature development.

Exposure to membership, dues, dispatch, or association management software (or comparable line-of-business systems).

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals, or SQL-related credentials).

Soft skills

Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and a focus on root-cause resolution.

Clear, professional, and patient communication with clients.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple concurrent issues.

Self-directed and reliable when working remotely across time zones.

Aspire Software is looking for an AI engineer to join our team in Lebanon.

About the job

This is a builder role for someone obsessed with what agents can actually do in production. You'll design and ship autonomous AI systems that operate inside the Polygon marketplace — agents that understand jewelry listings, assist buyers and sellers, surface intelligence across decades of trade data, and automate workflows that have been manual for forty years. You won't just be wiring up LLM calls. You'll be designing agentic systems end-to-end: tool definitions, planning loops, memory, evals, guardrails, observability, and the product surfaces that put these capabilities in front of real users.

Key responsibilities

Design and build agentic systems that power core marketplace experiences — listing intelligence, semantic and multi-step search, buyer/seller assistants, trade matching, content moderation, and market analytics

Description

Aspire Software is looking for an AI engineer to join our team in Lebanon.

Architect tool-using agents with reliable planning, execution, and recovery

Build the supporting infrastructure: RAG pipelines, vector search, evals, prompt management, traceability, and cost/latency monitoring

Partner with product and design to translate agentic capabilities into UX that members actually use and trust

Establish patterns and primitives so the rest of the engineering team can ship agent-powered features confidently

You'll move between companies and domains building a retrieval pipeline for one business one month, standing up an agent workflow for another the next.

The projects are demanding and technically ambitious you'll work at the frontier of what current AI tooling makes possible, on systems people actually depend on.

Breadth no single company can offer. Across finance, logistics, education, government, and automotive, you'll see a far wider range of problems, data, and constraints than you would inside one product and get sharp at recognizing patterns across all of them.

Latest tools, encouraged. We expect you to use the best available AI development tools and to push them hard. Experimentation is part of the job, not a side project.

Genuinely generous with tooling. This is one of the real perks of the role. Our leadership structure lets us purchase tools quickly, and we're open about which AI toolsets you use if a tool will make you faster or better, we'll get it for you without a drawn-out approval process.

Integrate large language models via APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI / GPT, and others) into production applications.

Desired Candidate Profile

The non-negotiable is that you can build. Beyond that, we recognize two paths into this role:

Senior software developers you've built and shipped real systems and can operate independently. (In rare cases we'll consider a less experienced developer who is exceptionally strong with AI tooling, but senior experience is the norm.)

Senior product managers / product backgrounds you've worked in a product or product-management role and have the genuine technical know-how to build things yourself, not just spec them.

Adaptability you enjoy jumping into new domains and getting productive quickly.

Nice to Have

Experience building RAG pipelines in production.

Experience building agents / agentic workflows.

Familiarity with n8n or similar automation / orchestration platforms.

Exposure to any of our verticals: finance, logistics, education, government, or automotive.

Tools & Technologies You'll Work With
Anthropic Claude OpenAI / GPT Cursor Windsurf RAG pipelines AI agents n8n LLM APIs
