We are growing!

We are currently looking to hire a freelance graphic designer to work with us remotely.

Who we are:

Founded in 2006, CXG is a global customer experience uniquely positioned at the intersection of data-driven retail performance, customer experience transformation, and operational execution across 200+ luxury brands worldwide.

The mission of our 270 collaborators is to help brands transform customer and employee experiences through tailored insights, strategy, and implementation. We are passionate about delivering impact.

Our clients include the world’s most admired luxury houses, and our solutions combine research, technology, and human expertise to elevate every customer interaction.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a freelance graphic designer to help shape the visual identity of CXG Learn, our mobile-first learning platform for luxury and premium brands. CXG Learn is evolving from standalone modules into a scalable ecosystem of premium, engaging, “Insta-story” style learning paths — and we need a designer who can create content that feels as elevated as the brands we serve.

This is hands-on design work built directly inside our learning-authoring platform, not just file delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye, a premium sensibility, and a genuine appetite to learn new tools and experiment as we build.

A note on tools: Much of this role happens inside Autrice, our learning-authoring platform, and similar tools — not the usual design software. They’re simple but different, so a willingness to learn and iterate is essential, and you should expect an initial trial-and-error phase as we establish the best ways of working together. We value designers who are comfortable with that.

Key responsibilities

Module & template design
Design and refine learning-module templates directly in our authoring platform — typography, colour, layout, visual hierarchy, and navigation consistency.
Ensure every screen is mobile-first and optimized for portrait consumption.

Path identities
Develop distinct-but-coherent visual identities for learning paths such as Luxury, Clienteling, Emotional Selling, and Management.
Move from single-module thinking to full-path creative systems that remain part of the CXG Learn ecosystem.

Visual & icon libraries
Build reusable visual libraries — neutral boutique backgrounds and category-specific backgrounds (cosmetics, ready-to-wear, jewellery, watches).
Create icon sets tied to the client experience and retail performance.

Module revamps & guidelines
Revamp existing modules to be more premium, mobile-first, and scalable.
Apply and help maintain the CXG Learn creative guidelines across all content.

Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing and learning teams, iterating quickly through feedback.

Requirements

What you bring

Core skills

Strong graphic and visual design skills with a premium, luxury-coded sensibility.

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Expertise in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and mobile-first design.

Ability to create and maintain templates, icon sets, and reusable visual systems.

Comfort designing in portrait/mobile formats.

French-speaking skills would be an added advantage.

Experience

5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally for premium or luxury brands.

A portfolio demonstrating design systems, digital content, or learning/e-learning work.

Experience learning and working within new digital tools or platforms (a key requirement — see note above).

Familiarity with Figma, Canva, motion, or icon design is a plus.

Behavioural attributes

Willing to learn new authoring tools and comfortable with an initial trial-and-error phase.

Proactive, adaptable, and self-managing in a remote, deadline-driven environment.

Collaborative, with strong communication and a keen eye for detail.

A passion for continuous learning and emerging design trends.

Why join CXG?

Work on high-impact learning experiences for globally recognized luxury brands.

Help shape a premium learning platform from the ground up.

Collaborate with a dynamic, multicultural team that values innovation and creativity.

Description

Aspire Software is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lebanon.

Here is a little window into our company: Aspire Software operates and manages wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.

Role overview

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Support Specialist (Level 1 / Level 2) to provide end-to-end technical support for a member management, dues collection, and dispatch platform used by trade unions across the United States. The application is built on a Microsoft Access front end installed on client systems, backed by a SQL Server database. This is a blended support and maintenance role: the work is primarily support-focused — diagnosing and resolving client-reported issues — but the successful candidate will be comfortable reading, modifying, and testing code (SQL, VBA, and legacy application logic) to resolve defects directly rather than simply triaging and escalating. The role replaces developer capacity on the team, so the emphasis is on bug fixes, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance rather than net-new feature development.

Key responsibilities

Own client-reported issues end to end — from intake and triage through diagnosis, resolution, testing, and closure.

Provide both Level 1 (frontline troubleshooting) and Level 2 (deeper technical diagnosis and remediation) support.

Remotely access client systems (via remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Zoom) to investigate and resolve issues.

Diagnose and fix defects in the application, including reading and modifying VBA scripts, Access forms/queries/modules, and SQL Server objects (queries, stored procedures, views).

Write, modify, and test SQL to investigate data issues, correct records, and validate fixes against the SQL Server back end.

Troubleshoot application functionality, connectivity, configuration, and data-integrity problems in a Microsoft Access / SQL Server environment.

Reproduce reported bugs, identify root cause, implement fixes, and verify resolution before returning to the client.

Escalate genuinely complex or architectural issues to senior engineers, with clear documentation of steps taken and findings.

Document resolutions, maintain support logs, and contribute to the internal knowledge base to reduce recurrence.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in IT technical support, application support, or a technical helpdesk role.

Fluency in English — strong written and verbal communication, sufficient for direct interaction with a North American client base.

Good SQL skills — able to read, write, modify, and test SQL queries against SQL Server (SELECT, joins, filtering, and basic data correction).

Ability to debug Microsoft applications and legacy tech stacks, including Microsoft Access and VBA scripting — able to read, understand, and modify existing code to resolve defects.

Strong understanding of Windows environments and desktop application troubleshooting.

Familiarity with remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Zoom) for supporting client systems.

Availability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, aligned to the North American client base.

Ability to work independently, manage a queue of issues, and follow escalation procedures.

Preferred skills

Experience supporting or maintaining Microsoft Access applications with a SQL Server back end.

Working knowledge of SQL Server administration concepts (stored procedures, views, indexing, backups).

Prior experience in a software support / bug-fix / maintenance capacity as opposed to pure feature development.

Exposure to membership, dues, dispatch, or association management software (or comparable line-of-business systems).

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals, or SQL-related credentials).

Soft skills

Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and a focus on root-cause resolution.

Clear, professional, and patient communication with clients.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple concurrent issues.

Self-directed and reliable when working remotely across time zones.
