Main duties:
<br>- Working on design and execution drawings
<br>- Working on material selection and submittals
<br>- Negotiating and coordinating with suppliers
<br>- Following up the proper execution
<br>- Assisting site meetings
<br>- Preparing reports
<br>- Issuance of as built drawings and O&M manual after execution
<br>- Traveling to follow up sites abroad.

<br>Job Requirements:
<br>- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree
<br>- minimum 5 years of experience in relevant position
<br>- Good knowledge in microsoft office, AutoCAD, Revit is a Plus
PROMEDIC Holding, a leading healthcare turnkey solutions provider across the MENA/GCC region, is looking for a Draftsman with 2–3 years of experience to prepare electrical and mechanical drawings for hospital infrastructure and medical gas network projects, supporting our engineering team on turnkey healthcare installations across Lebanon and the GCC.

<br>Key Responsibilities
<br>* Prepare electrical drawings: single line diagrams (SLDs), IPS/UPS panel layouts, nurse call wiring diagrams, lighting layouts, earthing layouts for hospital departments (OT, ICU, wards)
<br>* Prepare mechanical/medical gas drawings: pipeline routing layouts (oxygen, vacuum, medical air, nitrous), equipment room layouts, manifold and alarm panel locations
<br>* Convert engineering concepts and hospital layout plans into detailed working and shop drawings
<br>* Prepare as-built drawings after project handover for hospital facility records
<br>* Revise drawings based on site feedback, consultant comments, or hospital facility requirements
<br>* Coordinate with site engineers and installation teams for drawing clarifications and updates
<br>* Maintain drawing numbering, revision control, and documentation per project standards
<br>* Ensure drawings comply with healthcare facility codes/standards (NFPA 99, HTM, local MOH requirements)
<br>* Support the estimation team with quantity take-offs from drawings when required
<br>
<br>Required Skills
<br>* Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D mandatory; Revit MEP an added advantage for hospital BIM coordination)
<br>* Basic understanding of electrical systems (panels, IPS, earthing) and mechanical/medical gas systems (piping, manifolds, alarm systems)
<br>* Ability to read and interpret hospital MEP drawings, P&IDs, SLDs, and GA drawings
<br>* Knowledge of drafting standards and healthcare facility drawing conventions
<br>* Good attention to detail and drawing accuracy

<br>Qualification
<br>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (candidates with a Diploma/ITI + strong drafting portfolio may also be considered)

<br>Other Requirements
<br>* Ability to handle multiple hospital project drawings simultaneously
<br>* Willingness to visit hospital sites for measurements/verification
<br>* Good coordination skills with engineers, site teams, and hospital facility staff
Key Responsibilities
<br>• Prepare accurate Mechanical/Electrical quantity take-offs based on MEP CAD drawings and project documentation.
<br>• Complete the provided BOQ Excel sheets with the actual measured quantities, including a detailed breakdown by location, floor, or zone as required.
<br>• Verify quantities against design drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
<br>• Identify missing items, discrepancies, and inconsistencies within MEP drawings, BOQs, and quantity schedules.
<br>• Coordinate with the engineering team to clarify QS-related issues, propose practical solutions, and resolve quantity discrepancies.
<br>• Deliver complete, accurate, and well-organized quantity take-offs within the agreed project timelines while supporting multiple freelance projects.
<br>Requirements
<br>• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
<br>• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in MEP quantity take-offs, Quantity Surveying (QS), or MEP design review.
<br>• Proven experience in preparing detailed quantity take-offs directly from CAD drawings.
<br>• Strong understanding of mechanical or electrical building services and construction practices.
<br>• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
<br>• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
<br>• Ability to work independently and consistently meet project deadlines
