<p>AdOnTrack is seeking a Growth Partner Manager to develop business relationships with advertisers, asset owners, business networks, and Growth Partners across our 9+ physical advertising channels, including vehicle fleets, gas stations, sports hubs, restaurants, supermarkets, delivery networks, kiosks, beauty and wellness locations, and co-working spaces.</p><p>The role involves identifying and contacting relevant businesses, explaining the AdOnTrack advertising and asset-monetization model, onboarding advertisers and asset owners, registering and tracking referrals, following up through activation, and recruiting and supporting additional Growth Partners. The successful candidate will be expected to build and manage an independent pipeline and create genuine commercial activity. AdOnTrack provides the platform, channel information, attribution tools, onboarding materials, campaign support, measurement, and settlement infrastructure.</p><p>This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity and does not include a fixed salary or guaranteed income. Earnings depend on valid, collected customer activity and active campaigns.</p><p>The compensation structure is as follows. The person earns 5% of net collected campaign spend from advertisers they directly refer and activate for as long as the related activity remains valid and active. They earn 3% of valid payouts made by AdOnTrack to asset owners they directly refer and activate for as long as the related activity remains valid and active. They receive a one-time $50 bonus after a directly referred advertiser launches and pays for a qualifying first campaign. They receive a one-time $50 bonus after a directly referred asset owner receives a qualifying paid campaign booking and the campaign becomes operationally valid or produces the first valid payout.</p><p>The manager may also recruit and actively support Growth Partners. For directly recruited and actively supported Growth Partners, the manager earns a 15% override on the valid, collected recurring commissions earned by those partners. The initial pilot arrangement may begin at 10% and increase after performance is demonstrated. The manager also receives a one-time $20 bonus when a directly recruited Growth Partner generates their first legitimate AdOnTrack income. This is a single-level management override and does not apply to registrations alone or to an unlimited multi-level network.</p><p>Commissions and bonuses are not paid on unpaid, refunded, fraudulent, duplicate, or self-referred activity. Attribution, payment timing, qualification requirements, termination, and post-termination terms will be defined in the written agreement. Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees responsible for the preparation and presentation of a broad array of cakes, pastries, desserts, petits fours and breads which meet customer expectations.<br><br>The job of <strong>Pastry Chef</strong> is executed satisfactorily when:<br><ul><li>Assist the Executive Pastry Chef in the supervision of all employees in the Pastry/Bakery kitchen.</li><li>Assist the Executive Pastry Chef in establishing culinary standards specific for Pastry/Bakery which meets the need of the target market.</li><li>Develop and maintain up-dated operations manuals for all Food Production and Stewarding sections and in making recipes and maintain up-dated and accurate costing of all dishes prepared and sold in the Food and Beverage operation.</li><li>Inspect daily, all fresh food received to ensure a high quality is maintained.</li><li>Inspect several times daily all food stores and refrigerated areas and suggest, where necessary, correct storage methods to comply with Health & Safety regulations, to avoid spoilage and ensure regular turnover of food items and give completed check lists to the Executive Pastry Chef.</li><li>Check on a daily basis food preparation, individual costs, quality, quantity inventories and portion control.</li><li>Liaise with the Chief Steward in order to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained in all areas of the Pastry/Bakery kitchen, such as machinery and small kitchen equipment.</li><li>Plan the duty rosters on weekly basis.</li><li>Ensure the proper purchasing request, store requisitioning and controlling of supplies.</li><li>Work with Executive Pastry Chef and Director of Human Resource to ensure the departmental performance of staff is productive and assist in planning for future staffing needs.</li><li>Ensure training needs analysis of Kitchen staff is carried out and training programs are designed and implemented to meet needs.</li><li>Provide input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions in line with company guidelines. </li><li>Coach, counsel and discipline staff, provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.</li><li>Work with Executive Pastry Chef in the preparation and management of the department’s budget.</li><li>Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines.</li><li>Maintain a hygienic kitchen and personal hygiene.</li><li>Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.</li><li>Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.</li><li>Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers.</li><li>Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements. </li><li>Implement and practice HACCP.</li></ul>Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.<br> </div>

<p>The successful candidate will be both a creative culinary leader and a strong operator, capable of translating an imaginative menu into a consistently excellent product while managing food costs, kitchen performance, quality, and team development.</p>

<li>Lead daily kitchen briefings, tastings, quality checks, and service preparation.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth communication and coordination between kitchen sections and front-of-house during service.</li>
<li>Recruit, train, coach, and develop the kitchen brigade to create a strong, disciplined, and motivated team.</li>
