About Lucidya

Lucidya is an AI-native platform for customer experience (CX) intelligence that helps organizations understand their customers and take action across the entire customer lifecycle.

Our platform brings together products including Social Listening, OmniServe, Survey, and AI Agent, helping enterprise organizations across the region turn customer data into better experiences and measurable business outcomes.

As we continue to scale our products, customers, and AI capabilities, the amount of data we generate is growing rapidly. The opportunity is no longer simply to report on what happened - it's to understand why it happened, what it means, and what we should do next.

Why this role matters

We're looking for a Senior Product Analyst who can help make data a genuine part of how Product operates.

This isn't a role where you'll wait for a Product Manager to ask for a dashboard or pull a report after a decision has already been made. You'll be expected to get close to the product, understand how customers actually use it, spot patterns others may have missed, and bring insights to the table before someone asks for them.

You'll operate at two levels.

At the product and feature level, you'll help teams understand whether customers are discovering, adopting, engaging with, and getting value from what we're building. You'll identify friction, investigate unexpected behaviour, evaluate experiments, and help teams decide what to improve, scale, reposition, or stop.

At the leadership level, you'll connect those individual product signals to the bigger picture - helping leadership understand product performance, emerging opportunities, risks, and where we should invest next.

The strongest person in this role will be able to move comfortably between a SQL query, a conversation with a Product Manager, and a leadership presentation - and translate the same data into something meaningful for each audience.

What you'll do

Turn product data into decisions. You'll go beyond reporting what happened to understand why it happened, what it means, and what Product should do differently as a result.

Help teams define what success actually means. You'll work with Product Managers and other stakeholders to establish meaningful KPIs, success metrics, and measurement plans before features and initiatives are launched.

Understand how customers use our products. You'll analyse journeys, funnels, cohorts, adoption, engagement, retention, churn, and behavioural patterns to identify where customers are succeeding and where they're getting stuck.

Evaluate whether our products are delivering value. You'll assess feature performance and help teams make evidence-based decisions about whether to improve, scale, reposition, or discontinue initiatives.

Bring insights into product discovery. You'll use quantitative evidence alongside customer, product, and market context to help teams understand which problems are worth solving and where the biggest opportunities exist.

Challenge assumptions with evidence. When a team believes a feature is working, adoption is strong, or customers are behaving a certain way, you'll be comfortable asking, “What does the data actually tell us?” — constructively and without creating friction.

Identify opportunities before you're asked. You won't wait for a stakeholder to request a report. You'll proactively investigate anomalies, emerging trends, underperforming areas, and changes in customer behaviour and bring forward the ones that matter.

Support experimentation. You'll help teams define hypotheses, success criteria, and measurement approaches, then analyse experiments and A/B tests to determine what the evidence tells us.

Make complex analysis easy to understand. You'll turn large datasets and complicated analysis into clear stories, visualisations, recommendations, and decisions that make sense to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Give leadership a clear view of product performance. You'll create reporting that connects detailed product and feature performance to broader business objectives, highlighting progress, drivers, risks, and recommended actions rather than simply presenting numbers.

Help Product become more self-sufficient with data. You'll build repeatable analytical frameworks, dashboards, documentation, and self-service resources so teams don't need to come to you for every question.

Raise data literacy across Product. You'll coach Product Managers on metrics, analysis, and interpretation, and use workshops, office hours, and day-to-day collaboration to make better use of data part of how the team works.

Build trust across teams. You'll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders and influence decisions without relying on formal authority.

What success looks like

In your first 3-6 months, you'll be building trust. Product teams know you as someone who understands the product, asks the right questions, and brings useful insights rather than simply producing reports.

As you establish yourself, you'll start changing how decisions are made. Product Managers are defining meaningful success metrics earlier, teams are using evidence to evaluate their decisions, and you're proactively surfacing opportunities and risks rather than responding to reporting requests.

Ultimately, success means Product becomes more intelligent. Leadership has a clear view of what's driving product performance, teams understand why customers behave the way they do, and decisions about priorities and investment are increasingly based on evidence rather than assumptions.

The shift we're looking for is simple:

From “What happened?” ? “Why did it happen?” ? “What should we do about it?”

Requirements

Who you are

You're naturally curious. When you see an unexpected number, you don't just add it to a report — you want to know what's behind it.

You think commercially, not just analytically. You understand that an interesting insight isn't necessarily a useful one. You can connect product behaviour to customer value, business performance, and investment decisions.

You don't need to be given the question. You're comfortable starting with an ambiguous problem, figuring out what needs to be understood, and determining what analysis will actually help answer it.

You can zoom in and out. You can spend time investigating why a particular feature's adoption dropped while still understanding how that finding connects to the wider product strategy.

You're willing to challenge people. You don't simply validate what a stakeholder already believes. You're comfortable presenting evidence that contradicts an assumption, while doing so in a way that builds trust rather than defensiveness.

You know that being right isn't enough. Your analysis only creates value if people understand it and act on it. You can turn complex findings into a simple story and a clear recommendation.

You're a strong communicator. You can explain an analytical finding to a Product Manager, work through the technical detail with an Engineer, and present the business implication to leadership.

You're proactive and self-directed. You don't wait for a ticket to appear in your queue. You notice something worth investigating and take ownership of finding out what it means.

You're comfortable with ambiguity and a changing environment. Not every question will have a clean dataset or obvious answer. You know how to work with imperfect information while being transparent about its limitations.

You have 4+ years of experience in product analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, or a closely related field, with experience working directly with digital Product teams.

You're technically strong. You can independently use SQL to explore and analyse large datasets and are comfortable working with product analytics or business intelligence platforms such as Mixpanel, Heap, Pendo, Metabase, Amplitude, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

You understand product metrics deeply, including funnels, journeys, cohorts, retention, engagement, adoption, churn, and customer behaviour.

You can translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis and understand the difference between finding a correlation and understanding what it actually means.

You're comfortable working remotely and can communicate effectively across teams without relying on being in the same room.

You have professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to have

Experience designing or evaluating A/B tests and experiments.

Experience with statistical analysis.

Familiarity with modern data stacks, data warehouses, transformation tools, event tracking, analytics instrumentation, or data governance.

Experience building or improving a product analytics function or data culture.

Experience presenting product recommendations to senior leadership.

Working knowledge of Python or R.

Experience working with B2B SaaS, enterprise products, AI products, or complex data-driven platforms.

What the hiring process will look like

Recruiter screening — An initial conversation about your experience, motivations, and what you're looking for next.

Analytics interview — A deeper discussion around your product analytics experience, technical capability, and how you approach ambiguous analytical problems.

Case study / analytical exercise — You'll be given a product or business problem and asked to analyse the available information, identify the key insights, and explain what you would recommend.

Presentation interview — You'll meet Product and/or business stakeholders to explore how you communicate insights, challenge assumptions, and influence decisions based on the case study.

Leadership / culture interview — A final conversation focused on how you operate, collaborate, handle ambiguity, and contribute to a high-performing team.

It focuses on enhancing national statistical capacities to adopt international standards and innovative data sources; supporting evidence based policymaking through improved production and use of statistics, including gender and disability data; and guiding digital transformation through policy advice on emerging technologies. The subprogramme also promotes regional dialogue and partnerships among governments, experts, civil society and the private sector to maximize the value of statistics, geospatial data, digitization and new technologies in support of the 2030 Agenda. Duties and Responsibilities Purpose of the Evaluation Evaluations at ESCWA strive to demonstrate the difference that is being made by the work of ESCWA, and its impact on member States and their citizens. This evaluation will aim to determine the extent to which subprogramme 4 is achieving its intended results, the pathway to these results, and the elements that contribute most significantly to the achievement of these results. In addition, it will also consider how the project brings about any unintended results that may have occurred. The evaluation will serve three main purposes: • It will provide a basis for evidence-informed decision-making, strategic planning, and risk management. • It is a means to demonstrate accountability to the organization’s Executive Management and member States for performance, relative to ESCWA’s mandate and strategic objectives. • It will inform and facilitate organizational learning by identifying evidence-based findings, lessons to be learned, and recommendations for action that enhance the next generation of ESCWA’s work. The evaluation will therefore take both a summative and a formative approach. It will look at results achieved or not achieved so far (summative) with a view to inform ESCWA’s work in the future (formative). The evaluation will be conducted in line with ESCWA’s Evaluation Policy (2025), and the UNEG Norms and Standards for Evaluation.. The evaluation will strive to employ development best practices with regard to promoting gender equality and a human rights-based approach, including the rights of persons with disabilities. The evaluation will be facilitated and coordinated by ESCWA’s Strategic Planning, Accountability, Results and Knowledge team. Scope of the Evaluation The evaluation will be forward-looking and will objectively and systematically assess the performance of the subprogramme in terms of its relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability. Furthermore, the evaluation will assess the extent to which gender, human rights, disability inclusion, environmental concerns, and other cross-cutting issues were incorporated or mainstreamed into the subprogramme. The evaluation will cover the period from January 2020 to December 2025. Areas of focus for each sub-programme evaluation include: • Key aspects of UN and ESCWA reforms, including the merger of the Statistics Division and the Technology for Development Division into one Cluster, as relevant; • The overall coherence of the subprogramme’s work and the extent to which its work has been synergetic; • The relevant IT- and AI-enabled tools/systems/platforms developed by the subprogramme; • Organisation-wide policies, as relevant, to promote organisational learning. Evaluation Criteria The following key evaluation questions per criteria will guide the evaluation. The evaluator/s is expected to refine evaluation questions where necessary and to include the refinement in the Inception Report. Relevance • To what extent are the objectives and expected accomplishments of the subprogramme aligned with: o ESCWA's strategic framework and programme budget? o Regional development priorities and challenges? o The 2030 Agenda and relevant SDGs? • To what extent do the subprogramme's interventions respond to the evolving needs and priorities of member States? • How well do the subprogramme's products and services (research, policy advice, capacity-building, convening) address identified gaps and demands? • To what extent are the needs and priorities of vulnerable or marginalized population groups reflected in the subprogramme's design and implementation? • How relevant are the subprogramme's thematic areas and approaches in the current regional context? • To what extent has the subprogramme adapted to emerging regional challenges and opportunities? Coherence • To what extent did the merger of the Statistics and Technology divisions create positive synergies, or did it result in parallel, siloed work streams? • How well does the subprogramme align its data and technology initiatives with the interventions of UN Country Teams and the League of Arab States to avoid duplication? • How well does subprogramme 4 align its scope and collaborate with other teams in ESCWA to avoid duplication and improve efficiency? For example with DSDSD. • Are there opportunities for greater coordination, collaboration, or integration with other subprogrammes within ESCWA and other institutions? Effectiveness • To what extent have the planned outputs and activities been delivered as intended? • To what extent have the expected accomplishments/outcomes been achieved? • How effectively has the subprogramme contributed to strengthening the capacities of member States and other stakeholders? • To what extent have knowledge products and policy recommendations been utilized by target stakeholders? • What factors facilitated or hindered the achievement of results? • How effectively has the subprogramme integrated cross-cutting issues such as gender equality, human rights, disability inclusion, youth, and environmental sustainability? • How could other factors have contributed to the achievement of the identified results? • How were key partnerships integrated in the delivery of the programme to maximise the achievement of results? Efficiency • To what extent were financial, human, and technical resources used efficiently to produce outputs and outcomes? • To what extent were management arrangements conducive to efficient implementation? • How cost-effective were the different types of interventions (e.g., research, policy advisory services, capacity-building, regional forums)? • To what extent did coordination within ESCWA and with external partners reduce duplication and generate synergies? • Were monitoring, reporting, and learning mechanisms adequate to support adaptive management and efficient implementation? • Could similar results have been achieved with fewer resources or through alternative approaches? Impact • What, if any, high-level effects did the programme cause (such as changes in norms or systems)? • To what extent has the subprogramme influenced policies, legislation, strategies, institutions, or practices in member States? • To what extent has the subprogramme contributed to regional cooperation, knowledge exchange, and policy dialogue? • To what extent did the intervention lead to other changes, including “scalable” or “replicable” results? • While long-term transformative impact may be difficult to measure, what 'early signals' of impact – such as specific policy adoption, changes to statistical regulations, or behavioral shifts – can be directly traced to the subprogramme's interventions? Sustainability • Have capacities, systems, and institutional arrangements been strengthened sufficiently to maintain benefits? • To what extent have knowledge products, tools, methodologies, and networks continued to be used after their initial delivery? • What risks could affect the sustainability of the results, and how have they been addressed? • Did the subprogramme successfully establish formal 'institutional homes' (e.g., permanent national observatories, explicit operational manuals, or formal focal points) within Member State governments to ensure tools and data platforms survive beyond ESCWA's direct involvement? • To what extent has the subprogramme fostered partnerships and mechanisms that can support continued implementation and scaling up? • What evidence is available to indicate that the results of the programme can be maintained by stakeholders? Gender, Human Rights, Disability Inclusion, and Environmental Issues • To what extent were issues of gender, human rights, disability inclusion, and the environment incorporated into the design, planning, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation practices of the programme, as well as the results achieved? • To what extent did the programme respond to and affect the rights, needs and interests of different stakeholders, including women, men, youth, people with disabilities and other marginalized groups? Evaluation Methodology Management and Governance Arrangements All evaluation methodologies are to be reviewed by ESCWA’s SPARK Section and approved by ESCWA’s Senior Management. • The evaluation will be conducted by an external consultant/s. • The evaluator is expected to identify the main objectives achieved through the implementation of the programme, intended and unintended, as established by key stakeholders and relevant documentation, and the pathways that led to achieving them, with particular focus on innovative practices and initiatives that can be leveraged to further enhance ESCWA’s work. • The evaluator is expected to ensure a mixed method (qualitative and quantitative), inclusive, and participatory approach, with adequate triangulation across methods, to arrive at credible, reliable, and unbiased findings. • The evaluator will also ensure that all aspects of the evaluation are gender and human rights sensitive (including a special focus on the rights with person with disabilities). In addition, the evaluator must ensure that he/she always complies with the UNEG Ethical Guidelines for Evaluation during the conduct of the evaluation. The above methodology is indicative. The evaluator is expected to build upon it and present a robust evaluation methodology within the inception report, including addressing and refining the evaluation questions. Quality Assurance Mechanism The evaluator will employ a quality assurance mechanism of her/his preference (either an internal or an external system can be used), which will provide quality checks throughout the evaluation process. This quality assurance mechanism will be indicated in the Inception Report and in the Final Evaluation Report. In addition, ESCWA will review the evaluation report prior to finalization to ensure that it aligns with the UNEG Quality Checklist for Evaluation Reports , particularly with reference to the quality of recommendations. Evaluation Ethics The evaluation will be conducted in accordance with the principles outlined in the UNEG Ethical Guidelines for Evaluation; and all rights and confidentiality of information providers will be prioritized and safeguarded as per UNEG Ethical Guidelines for Evaluation.
Qualifications/special skills
A Master's degree in management, evaluation, or related area is required. Result of Service
The consultant will deliver 3 key outputs in a timely manner: • Deliverable 1: By 10 September 2026, completion of the conceptual and analytical framework on regional connectivity and prosperity including detail theoretical foundations, methodological validation of the index, its components, and indicators framework (part 1). • Deliverable 2: By 30 October 2026, completion of the full draft with part 2 including the results of the index and the component indices, policy implications and recommendations. • Deliverable 3: By 30 November 2026, finalization of the full paper by refining results, taking into account review comments, and including complete methodological documentation.
Work Location
Remote
Expected duration
6 months
Duties and Responsibilities
Background Strengthening regional connectivity is increasingly being discussed among policy makers as a strategic pathway for enhancing resilience, accelerating economic integration and unlocking the development potential of the Arab region. The level of regional connectivity depends not only on infrastructure and cross-border flows, but also on the region's strategic assets, investment and financing ecosystems, and institutional readiness. The Arab region possesses substantial strategic assets , including natural (i.e., oil and gas reserves), physical (i.e., ports and maritime infrastructure), human (i.e., population and skill), financial (i.e., SWFs and capital markets), technological (i.e., AI and digital) and cultural (i.e., shared language, heritage sites). Yet these assets have not always translated into stronger regional connectivity. Understanding the factors that enable or constrain this transformation is therefore essential for designing effective regional policies and investment strategies. Although several international indices measure specific dimensions of connectivity—such as logistics, maritime transport, innovation or digital readiness—none provides an integrated assessment of regional connectivity by linking connectivity outcomes with the strategic assets, investment ecosystems and institutional conditions that underpin them. Nor do they examine how these factors collectively contribute to long-term regional prosperity. To address this gap, ESCWA proposes the Arab Regional Connectivity and Prosperity Framework (ARCPF). The Framework provides an integrated analytical approach for assessing regional connectivity and its key enablers and constraints to unlock the Arab region's prosperity potential. It examines how strategic regional assets, investment and financing ecosystems, and institutional readiness collectively shape regional connectivity, and how stronger connectivity contributes to greater resilience, deeper regional integration, and higher shared prosperity. Duties and Responsibilities The consultancy is related to producing a comprehensive technical paper on the theme of regional connectivity and prosperity with two parts: (a) a conceptual framework with theoretical foundations, methodological validation of the index, its components, and indicators framework; (b) the empirical analysis for the region with reference to other global regions, based on the results of the index and the component indices, policy implications and recommendations. Under the overall guidance of ESCWA, the consultant will undertake the following tasks: • Develop and refine the conceptual framework for the Regional Connectivity and Prosperity Index, building on ESCWA's initial proposal and strengthening it through international literature, economic theory, empirical evidence and international best practice. The framework should clearly define the terminologies, the component indices and their linkages, and realistic data availability for a robust basis for the index. • Design an internationally credible methodological framework including indicator selection, normalization, weighting, aggregation, sensitivity analysis and validation approaches. Provide the documentation to ensure transparency, reproducibility and future updating of the framework. • Develop and empirically validate an analytical model that examines the relationships between regional connectivity, strategic assets (including culture), investments, institutional readiness, and prosperity. Assess the relative contribution of each component within and across the components, identify major connectivity gaps, and analyse trends over time to support evidence-based policy recommendations. • Analyze and interpret the regional results by referencing them against other global regions, derive findings and policy implications for strengthening connectivity and prosperity in the Arab region context. • Assess the availability, quality, comparability and limitations of the underlying datasets, identify data gaps and propose practical approaches for addressing missing or inconsistent data. • Provide continuous technical guidance to the ESCWA team throughout the development process, including methodological choices, data compilation, validation, analytical interpretation and presentation of findings. • Participate in expert consultations and focus group discussions, respond to technical comments, incorporate relevant feedback from ESCWA and external experts, and document major methodological decisions made throughout the review process.
Qualifications/special skills
A PhD in economics or related field is required. All candidates must submit a copy of the required educational degree. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. A minimum of 15 years of professional work experience in the field of research on regional development issues is required. Publication in reputed peer reviewed journals in this field is required. Undertaking high-level initiatives from international organizations is desirable. Demonstration of quantitative analysis and interpretation is desirable.
Languages
English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat; and Arabic is a working language of UNESCWA.

About Lucidya Lucidya is an AI-native platform for customer experience (CX) intelligence that helps organizations understand their customers and take action across the entire customer lifecycle.
Why this role matters We're looking for a Senior Product Analyst who can help make data a genuine part of how Product operates.
At the product and feature level , you'll help teams understand whether customers are discovering, adopting, engaging with, and getting value from what we're building.
You'll identify friction, investigate unexpected behaviour, evaluate experiments, and help teams decide what to improve, scale, reposition, or stop.
At the leadership level , you'll connect those individual product signals to the bigger picture - helping leadership understand product performance, emerging opportunities, risks, and where we should invest next.
The strongest person in this role will be able to move comfortably between a SQL query, a conversation with a Product Manager, and a leadership presentation - and translate the same data into something meaningful for each audience.
What You'll Do Turn product data into decisions.
When a team believes a feature is working, adoption is strong, or customers are behaving a certain way, you'll be comfortable asking, “What does the data actually tell us?
” — constructively and without creating friction.
What Success Looks Like In your first 3-6 months, you'll be building trust.
The shift we're looking for is simple: From “What happened?
” → “Why did it happen?
” → “What should we do about it?
" Who You Are You're naturally curious.
You understand product metrics deeply , including funnels, journeys, cohorts, retention, engagement, adoption, churn, and customer behaviour.
You can translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis and understand the difference between finding a correlation and understanding what it actually means.
You're comfortable working remotely and can communicate effectively across teams without relying on being in the same room.
You have professional working proficiency in English.
Nice to Have Experience designing or evaluating A/B tests and experiments.
Experience
Job description

Result of Service
**Final Results of the Service** * Organize and implement a national workshop that forms a key basis for developing the National Guide, during the period from September to October 2026; * Prepare and complete the National Guide by the end of November 2026; * Prepare and provide inputs for a capacity-building program aimed at strengthening institutional and coordination mechanisms necessary for mainstreaming women's needs and priorities into sectoral and local policies and strategies, by the end of December 2026. .
Work Location
Remotely
Expected duration
5 months
Duties and Responsibilities
## Background In order to build fairer and more sustainable societies, it is essential to mainstream women's needs and priorities and empower them in sectoral and local policies and strategies. This ensures that laws are free from discrimination and bias, and that men and women have equal access to positions, services, assets, and information, thereby ensuring the rights of all members of society. Approaches to mainstreaming women's needs and priorities into policies and strategies, as well as in national institutions, have gained significant importance due to the immense changes witnessing in societies, particularly demographic dynamics, escalating economic and social challenges, climate change, and rapid technological advancement. Neglecting the adoption of systematic and deliberate government-led methods to verify the mainstreaming of women's needs and priorities into all policies and strategies and their empowerment exposes women to further marginalization, ignores their capabilities and potential, and misses significant opportunities for their effective contribution to economic and social development. The Government of Iraq has consistently affirmed that sustainable development can only be achieved if all segments of society contribute to it and benefit from its results and gains, especially the most vulnerable groups, primarily Iraqi women, who constitute half the population and play a pivotal role in building families and strengthening society. Based on this, and relying on the principle of citizenship stipulated in the 2005 Constitution of the Republic of Iraq, which guarantees equality between all Iraqi men and women without discrimination, and in accordance with Iraq Vision 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals, the Ministry of Planning in Iraq, in cooperation with the National Department for Iraqi Women and all relevant stakeholders, is working on preparing a National Guide for mainstreaming women's needs and priorities into sectoral and local policies and strategies, with technical support from ESCWA. This guide is of great importance as it is the first national guide of its kind on mainstreaming women's needs and priorities and empowering them in policies and strategies, as well as in national institutions in Iraq, and it is relied upon to set clear mechanisms and standards for the mainstreaming process in the state's development plans, with the aim of enhancing women's economic, social, and political empowerment. It also holds special importance as it will be considered a reference document for all ministries and national institutions, providing guidance for the design and implementation of development policies, strategies, programs, and projects aimed at empowering women. Thereby, it contributes to advancing social justice by maximizing the effectiveness and impact of public spending programs. This guide specifically aims to: * Provide a unified national framework for the efforts of all national institutions to mainstream women's needs and priorities into development planning; * Ensure the systematic mainstreaming of women's needs and priorities in the design of policies, strategies, programs, and projects; * Enhance women's economic and social empowerment and their contribution to sustainable development; * Improve the efficiency of public resource allocation to achieve more inclusive and equitable development outcomes; * Support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals; * Encourage the use of data disaggregated by sex, age, and location in planning and policy-making; * Develop indicators to monitor and evaluate the impact of policies and programs aimed at enhancing social justice. This guide represents an important step in enhancing development planning to ensure women's equal access to positions, services, assets, and information. It provides planning teams and decision-makers in relevant ministries and institutions with a clear roadmap for mainstreaming women's needs and priorities into sustainable development planning. As a reference document, it is based on constitutional and legal frameworks and national strategies, translating them into practical and applicable mechanisms across all sectors. ## Objective and Methodology In this context, ESCWA seeks to contract an international consultant to support the implementation of this initiative in its four components, which are organizing a first national workshop, developing a national guide, designing and implementing a national capacity-building program, and organizing a final national workshop to disseminate the guidance document among ministries and relevant national stakeholders. ## Tasks and Responsibilities The consultant will be responsible for the following tasks: * Review relevant documents to understand the Ministry's mandate, its mode of operation, and the nature of its outputs; and rely on inputs provided by the national consultant provided by UN Women to review relevant national policies, strategies, and programs; * Assist in preparing and participating in a national workshop, which aims to develop a shared understanding among all stakeholders of the challenges the initiative seeks to address, the available potentials and resources that can be mobilized, and the coordination mechanisms necessary to advance social justice in sectoral and local policies and strategies; * Prepare a draft national guide that serves as a basis for a unified knowledge framework to support comprehensive, evidence-based development planning, and verify its validity in cooperation with the relevant teams from ESCWA, UN Women, and the Ministry of Planning in Iraq; * Prepare the final version of the guide based on the outcomes of the national workshop, and including feedback received from the working team; * Provide inputs for the design and implementation of a national capacity-building program aimed at strengthening the institutional and coordination mechanisms necessary to activate the mainstreaming of women's needs and priorities into sectoral and local policies and strategies.
