As a Student Support Coordinator, you will guide students throughout their journey after enrollment, ensuring they receive professional support with documentation, university communication, interview preparation, visa processes, and arrival arrangements. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional student experience while ensuring every case is handled accurately, efficiently, and professionally.</p><p>The Student Support Coordinator is a vital part of Medlink Students operations. You serve as the main point of contact for students, helping them navigate important milestones on their path to studying abroad. Your work directly contributes to student satisfaction, successful university placements, and the overall success of the organisation.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Support students throughout their educational journey, including documentation, university applications, interview preparation, visa requirements, and arrival support.</li><li>Monitor, track, and follow up on university applications, exemptions, admissions decisions, and related administrative processes.</li><li>Communicate with universities, embassies, ministries, and partner institutions to confirm requirements and resolve student-related issues.</li><li>Manage high-volume daily communication (approximately 20 60 WhatsApp messages and 20 150 emails per day) with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.</li><li>Maintain structured, complete, and accurate student records using Google Drive, Oscar, CRM systems, and other internal platforms.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Legal, Marketing, and Student Services, to ensure smooth progress of student cases.</li><li>Assist students with problem-solving and provide timely updates throughout the admissions and relocation process.</li><li>Support webinars, student feedback initiatives, case studies, and continuous improvement projects.</li><li>Contribute to process development and assist with onboarding or training new team members when required.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>1+ year of experience in student support, admissions, administration, customer service, or a related role.</li><li>Fluency in English (spoken and written).</li><li>Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.</li><li>Confidence using digital tools such as Google Drive, CRM systems, Trello, and 3CX.</li><li>A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.</li></ul><p></p></section>
