We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our construction team. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and supervision of mechanical works across construction projects, ensuring that all activities are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

<br>Responsibilities
<br>Review and interpret mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and MEP drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
<br>Supervise and coordinate the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems at project sites.
<br>Ensure that mechanical works are executed in accordance with approved shop drawings, method statements, specifications, and applicable codes and standards.
<br>Coordinate mechanical works with civil, electrical, architectural, and other disciplines to avoid clashes and delays.
<br>Monitor subcontractors and mechanical teams to ensure proper execution and compliance with project requirements.
<br>Prepare and review material submittals, technical submissions, RFIs, method statements, and inspection requests.
<br>Conduct regular site inspections and ensure that works meet the required quality standards.
<br>Monitor project progress and ensure that mechanical activities are completed within the approved schedule.
<br>Identify technical issues, site constraints, and potential delays, and propose appropriate solutions.
<br>Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management teams regarding mechanical works.
<br>Review quantities, material requirements, and equipment specifications.
<br>Assist in the preparation and review of BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates when required.
<br>Ensure that all mechanical materials and equipment delivered to site comply with approved specifications.

<br>Prepare progress reports, inspection reports, and other required project documentation.

<br>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
