For our client, we are now urgently looking for a Health Safety and Environment Manager to lead the existing team. <br> <br>The ideal candidate MUST have the below credentials <br>1. Strong leadership presence and personality, with the confidence to challenge unsafe practices at all organizational levels. <br> <br>2. High level of assertiveness, with the ability to enforce safety rules and regulations consistently, including stopping unsafe operations when required. This is explicitly part of the role mandate. <br> <br>3. Solid HSE technical expertise, preferably gained in a heavy industrial, manufacturing, construction, energy, or similarly high-risk environment. <br> <br>4. Proven ability to build and drive a strong safety culture, not only manage compliance and procedures. <br> <br>5. Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with management, employees, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. <br> <br>6. Strong incident investigation and risk-management capability, including identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring lessons learned are embedded across the organization. <br> <br>The profile should therefore combine technical credibility with leadership, firmness, influencing capability, and the maturity to ensure that safety standards are effectively implemented and respected throughout the organization. <br> <br>If you feel you are the necessary skillset and you are looking for fresh challenge, we look forward to receiving your full CV
