ملخص الوظيفة<br>تسعى الشركة إلى توظيف رسام رسومات تفصيلية ماهر وذو عين دقيقة يمتلك خبرة في الرسم المعماري والمدني للانضمام إلى فريق الهندسة والإنشاءات والمقاولات لدينا. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن إعداد رسومات فنية دقيقة، رسومات تفصيلية للورشة، ووثائق كما-بناء تدعم التصميم، المزايدات، وأنشطة البناء عبر عدة مشاريع.<br>المسؤوليات الرئيسية<br>• إعداد الرسومات المعمارية والمدنية (الخطط، المقاطع، الواجهات، التفاصيل) باستخدام AutoCAD وبرامج ذات صلة وفق مخططات ومواصفات وتعليمات المهندسين والمهندسين المعماريين.<br>• تطوير رسومات الورشة، الرسومات التنفيذية، ورسومات تفصيل البناء لتنفيذ الموقع.<br>• إعداد وتحديث رسومات كما-بناء وفق تغيرات الموقع وتعليماته.<br>• تنسيق الرسومات بين تخصصات المعمارية والمدنية والإنشائية وMEP لضمان الاتساق وتجنب التعارضات.<br>• المساعدة في تقدير الكميات والجداول المادية بناءً على الرسومات.<br>• مراجعة قياسات الموقع ودمج بيانات الموقع في الرسومات.<br>• ضمان امتثال جميع الرسومات مع معايير الشركة، ومواصفات المشروع، والكودات/اللوائح المحلية ذات الصلة.<br>• الحفاظ على سجلات رسومات منظمة، والتحديثات والوثائق (سجلات الرسومات، سجلات التحديث).<br>• التنسيق مع مهندسي الموقع ومديري المشاريع والمستشارين لحل أي تعارض في الرسومات.<br>• دعم إعداد رسومات العطاء والالتزام بالمتطلبات.<br>• ضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب للرسومات وفق جداول المشروع.<br>المؤهلات والمتطلبات<br>• دبلوم أو درجة associate في الرسم المعماري/المدني، العمارة، أو الهندسة المدنية (أو ما يعادلها من شهادة تقنية).<br>• خبرة لا تقل عن 2–5 سنوات كرسام في شركة بناء، هندسة، أو مقاولات.<br>• إتقان AutoCAD (2D/3D)؛ المعرفة بـ Revit، SketchUp، أو Civil 3D تعتبر ميزة إضافية.<br>• فهم راسخ لمعايير الرسومات المعمارية والمدنية، تفصيل البناء، وكودات البناء.<br>• القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات والمواصفات الإنشائية والمعمارية والمدنية.<br>• دقة واهتمام قويان بالتفاصيل في الوثائق الفنية.<br>• مهارات تواصل وتنسيق جيدة للعمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات.<br>• القدرة على إدارة رسومات/مشروعات متعددة ضمن مواعيد نهائية ضيقة.<br>• معرفة أساسية بـ MS Office (Word، Excel) للوثائق والجداول الزمنية.<br>المهارات المفضلة<br>• خبرة في العمل بالموقع أو التنسيق مع فرق الموقع لتحديثات كما-بناء.<br>• الإلمام بسير عمل BIM ونمذجة ثلاثية الأبعاد.<br>• معرفة بعمليات تقديم رسومات البلدية المحلية والموافقة عليها.<br>الكفاءات الرئيسية<br>• الدقة واهتمام بالتفاصيل<br>• إدارة الوقت<br>• العمل بشكل جماعي<br>• حل المشكلات<br>• الكفاءة الفنية في برامج الرسم
