<p>We are seeking an experienced Family Financial Manager to control over the Chairman s personal, household, property, and family-related financial matters. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring proper documentation, monitoring expenses, and providing structured reporting while offering limited personal administrative and basic technology support when required.</p><p>Strong experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, financial control, or a similar position.</p><p>Strong hands-on experience in expense monitoring, account reconciliations, financial reporting, documentation management, and maintaining organized financial records.</p><p>Advanced Excel skills with the ability to create structured trackers, financial schedules, reconciliations, and simple reporting dashboards.</p><p>Proven experience in expense tracking, document control, digital filing systems, multi-currency financial records.</p><p>The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate reliability, maturity, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility while ensuring accurate financial organization and effective support for the Chairman s personal and family financial affairs.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.</p><p>Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are not mandatory but will be considered an advantage.</p><p>Demonstrated high levels of integrity, confidentiality, discretion, and professional judgment.</p><p>Mature, calm, respectful, patient, and service-oriented personality.</p><p>Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and disciplined follow-up.</p><p>Ability to independently identify solutions, resolve practical issues, and discreetly collect and organize required information.</p>

As a member of the Country Management Team (CMT), the Head of PDQ is responsible for driving cross-functional engagement in the development and delivery of Trócaire’s Country Strategy Plans in both Lebanon and Syria, developing annual plans and reporting on results. They are responsible for ensuring development and delivery of high quality, evidence-based, innovative programmes in all contexts, that contribute to Trócaire’s Global Strategic Plan.</p> <p>The Head of PDQ ensures that a robust monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) system is in place, that the country office engages in the collection and use of evidence and that this is shared across the organization, and that reliable data is used for decision-making.</p> <p>The Head of PDQ supports strategic positioning with donors and partners and leads on programme and project design to ensure that the country office strategies can be delivered in line with Trócaire’s programme framework, localisation agenda and a gender transformational approach.</p> <p>As a senior leader in the country office, you will play a representational role with the government, authorities, donors, partners, peer agencies, and others.</p> <p>As one of the most senior staff in the Country Office, the Head of PDQ must demonstrate the qualities of agile leadership.
