<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <span>We’re looking for a hands-on AI Automation Engineer to help us design, build, and deploy intelligent business systems that combine automation, AI, and modern digital tools.<br> You’ll work across process automation, AI agents, workflow orchestration, integrations, and business transformation initiatives for both internal teams and client projects.<br> This is a highly practical role where you'll use AI, automation platforms, APIs, and no-code/low-code tools to eliminate manual work, improve operational efficiency, and create scalable business solutions.<br> ❏ Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, and similar tools ❏ Build AI agents that automate customer service, operations, sales, reporting, and internal business processes ❏ Integrate Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and others) into business workflows and applications ❏ Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using company documents, knowledge bases, and structured data ❏ Connect business systems including CRMs, ERPs, databases, communication platforms, and third-party applications through APIs and webhooks ❏ Develop AI-powered assistants, chatbots, and internal copilots for business users ❏ Build automated reporting, monitoring, and business intelligence workflows ❏ Conduct workflow discovery sessions and identify automation opportunities across departments ❏ Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guidelines ❏ Test, troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain automation systems to ensure reliability and scalability ❏ Collaborate with designers, strategists, and developers to deliver AI-powered business solutions ❏ Have 3+ years of experience building workflow automation, integrations, or digital business systems ❏ Have hands-on experience with n8n, Make.<br>com, Zapier, or similar automation platforms ❏ Have built AI-powered workflows using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Anthropic, or similar AI technologies ❏ Understand prompt engineering, AI orchestration, and agent-based systems ❏ Have experience working with APIs, webhooks, OAuth authentication, and third-party integrations ❏ Can connect and automate platforms such as Airtable, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and similar tools ❏ Have experience working with structured and unstructured data ❏ Have basic programming knowledge in JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript ❏ Have experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI Assistants API, MCP (Model Context Protocol), or similar AI frameworks ❏ Have worked with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or similar knowledge retrieval systems ❏ Have experience with Supabase, PostgreSQL, Docker, or other modern backend technologies ❏ Have built customer service, sales, HR, finance, or operations AI agents ❏ Have experience building AI-powered knowledge management systems, enterprise search solutions, or RAG-based applications ❏ Think in systems and enjoy simplifying complex business processes ❏ Communicate clearly and take ownership of delivery ❏ Have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills ❏ Are comfortable working directly with clients and stakeholders ❏ Can deliver production-ready AI and automation solutions that create measurable operational efficiencies ❏ Have a track record of reducing manual processes through intelligent automation ❏ Can design scalable automation frameworks that can be reused across multiple projects and clients ❏ Continuously identify opportunities to introduce AI and automation into business operations</span> </div>

Review project specifications, drawings, and material requirements. <br>Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to suppliers and subcontractors. <br>Evaluate supplier quotations based on technical compliance, pricing, delivery schedule, and quality standards. <br>Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions with vendors. <br>Prepare comparison sheets and procurement recommendations. <br>Coordinate with engineering, planning, and site teams to ensure procurement schedules align with project timelines. <br>Source new suppliers and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors. <br>Monitor material deliveries and resolve any supply chain or logistics issues. <br>Ensure purchased materials comply with project specifications and company standards. <br>Maintain procurement records, contracts, purchase orders, and supplier databases. <br>Track market trends, pricing, and availability of construction materials. <br>Support cost-saving initiatives and procurement process improvements. <br>Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and safety regulations. <br>Qualifications: <br> <br>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. <br>Proven experience in procurement within the construction or contracting industry. <br>Strong knowledge of construction materials, technical specifications, and procurement processes. <br>Excellent negotiation and communication skills. <br>Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications. <br>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs. <br>Strong analytical and organizational skills. <br>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. <br>Proven expertise in Supplier Evaluation and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes <br>Solid experience in preparing and managing Purchase Orders <br>Strong Analytical Skills to assess procurement options and strategies <br>Excellent Communication skills for coordination with suppliers and internal teams <br>Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field <br>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills <br>Prior experience in the construction or engineering sector is an advantage
