المهام الوظيفية:
<br>•إشراف أعمال الهيكل المعدني اليومية في الموقع والتأكد من تنفيذها وفق الرسومات المعتمدة ومواصفات المشروع.
<br>•التنسيق مع الفريق الفني، والموقع، والمقاولين من الباطن، وإدارة المشروع لضمان تدفق العمل بسلاسة وتنفيذ الموقع بشكل صحيح.
<br>•مراجعة وفهم رسومات الهياكل، و رسومات التشييد، ورسومات الورشة، وتفاصيل الوصلات قبل التنفيذ.
<br>•مراقبة أنشطة تركيب الحديد بما فيها المحاذاة، والتسوية، والربط بالمسامير، واللحام، والوصلات الإنشائية.
<br>•التأكد من أن جميع الأعمال الحديدية مكتملة بما يتوافق مع معايير الجودة وإجراءات الفحص المعتمدة.
<br>•متابعة تقدم الموقع والتأكد من اكتمال العمل ضمن الجدول الزمني والمعايير المخطط لها.
<br>•تحديد القضايا الفنية أو المرتبطة بالموقع والإبلاغ عنها على الفور إلى مدير المشروع.
<br>•التأكد من التعامل الصحيح والتخزين والاستخدام لأعضاء الحديد والمواد المرتبطة في الموقع مع الحد الأدنى من الخسائر.
<br>•مراقبة إنتاجية القوة العاملة وتوزيع المهام بكفاءة لتحقيق الأهداف اليومية والأسبوعية.
<br>•فرض إجراءات الصحة والسلامة في الموقع والتأكد من استخدام الفريق لواقيات PPE وأساليب العمل الآمنة.
<br>
<br>التعليم:
<br>•دبلوم أو شهادة تقنية في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الأعمال الإنشائية أو مجال ذي صلة.
<br>•معرفة قوية بأساليب تركيب الهياكل الحديدية والرسومات وممارسات البناء.
<br>•قدرة جيدة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الإنشائية والتقنية.
<br>•الإلمام بعملية اللحام، والتثبيت، والمحاذاة، ومتطلبات وصلات الحديد.
<br>•فهم جيد للوائح السلامة في الموقع وإجراءات مراقبة الجودة.
<br>•القدرة على الإشراف على الفرق والتنسيق مع عدة أقسام في الموقع.
