<li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, finishes, and fit-out works.</li>
<li>Proficiency in estimation and quantity take-off software (such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, Candy, or similar).</li>
<li>Strong expertise in unit rates, productivity norms, and market pricing.</li>
