Job Purpose: As the Branch Manager for our flagship retail shop in Musseitbeh you will lead our flagship store to achieve its sales targets, maintain operational excellence, and uphold our brand standards. <br> <br>Key Accountabilities: <br>- Ensure compliance with the brand’s standards, policies, and guidelines. <br> Oversee and manage all aspects of the store's day-to-day operations. <br>- Implement the franchise’s operating procedures and best practices. <br>- Maintain the store's overall appearance and adherence to brand standards. <br>- Train and lead a team of customer service representatives, delivery counter officers, tinting specialists and cashiers and other store personnel. <br>- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. <br>- Ensure that employees are knowledgeable about the product offerings and provide excellent customer service. <br>- Execute set sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets while upholding the brand's values. <br>- Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly. <br>- Train staff to deliver a consistent and exceptional customer experience. <br>- Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment. <br>- Manage the store budget, track expenses, and maximize profitability. <br>- Implement pricing strategies that maintain competitive pricing and profit margins. <br>- Collaborate with the HO team to plan and execute local marketing campaigns. <br>- Identify opportunities for promotions, events, cross selling, or partnerships to boost sales and customer engagement. <br>- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance. <br>- Prepare regular reports for senior management on store performance and recommendations for improvements. <br> <br>Skills, Knowledge and Experience required: <br>- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field (preferred). <br>- Proven experience in retail management with a strong background in franchising. <br>- Knowledge of wall and floor covering products, including paint, wallpaper, and accessories. <br>- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. <br>- Proficiency in ERP systems
