This role is integral in fostering positive and direct relationships with the client, managing facility staff, and maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction. <br> <br>I- Job Responsibilities: <br> <br>· Oversee daily operations of assigned facility. <br>· Address client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction <br>· Foster positive tenant relationships and ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction. <br>· Coordinate and supervise various activities (i.e., maintenance.), ensuring timely and effective resolution of maintenance issues. <br>· Generate regular reports on facility performance and key metrics. <br>· Monitor and manage facility budgets, including collections, expense management, and financial reporting. <br>· Prepare and present regular reports on facility performance, maintenance issues, and financial status to client management. <br>· Review and approve invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports. <br>· Foster positive tenant relationships and ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction. <br>· Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality and timely service delivery. <br>· Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. <br>· Manage and mentor facility staff, maintenance technicians, and related personnel. <br> <br> <br>Skills and Qualifications: <br>• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. <br>• Experience Proven experience in facility management or a similar role. <br>• Skills & Competencies <br>o Strong knowledge software and Microsoft Office Suite. <br>o Excellent leadership and team management skills. <br>o Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. <br>o Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. <br>o Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. <br>o Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and industry standards. <br>o Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision. <br>o Ability to stay current with market trends and economic factors
